My feral cat was terrified when I loaded him into a carrier & cried all the way there but they were so gentle & kind when he was examined he calmed down & wasn’t afraid anymore. They also were very fair about charges & even gave me some donated food to help with his bad kidneys. Very good clinic!!

So glad I listened to my friend about going here!!
We got a first time check up,and both my babies tested/treated for ear mites and got a preventative for fleas,worms,and ticks for $220 I believe it was.Not too too bad and my fur babies can finally sleep at night without the constant ear itching. They even recommended me use Chewy for all my future doses of the preventative they gave me due to it being way cheaper which I really appreciated. Would DEFINITELY reconsider this place to others.

I have consistently struggled to get a pre-existing prescription filled here at a fair price. At other times, they have directly recommended treatments or tests (expensive ones - dental cleanings and full blood work) which, on now switching to another veterinarian, have not been mentioned or suggested even in passing. On ALL card transactions, they charge a 3% fee (never before have I been to a vet that does this).
It took over three weeks to resolve a clerical error with a prescription (which is STILL not resolved by the way). They then charged me double what it would have been online for said prescription to get enough to keep my pet medicated while they sorted out their internal issue. When I finally came back to pick up the medication, they made me wait thirty minutes until they could actually fill it, despite me having called earlier in the day to say I would be coming and verifying that was okay.
We have received decent but not outstanding care here. The vets seem fine, but the spurious treatment recommendations, lack of clerical support, 3% fee, and the massive price difference from online makes this a poor option for care.

Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient. They were so calm and gentle with Chanel, which made the whole process feel very comfortable and stress-free.
