Anthem Automotive

I’ll never take my car anywhere else. I’ve been a customer now for almost 3 years and have a Mini cooper that needs more attention than most cars. Everyone working here is kind, patient, professional and supportive which seems impossible to find in most mechanics these days. I work with Brett frequently and cannot… Read full review

Anthem came highly recommended. First visit here went very well. Everyone was very professional from start to finish. Will definitely be returning for additional maintenance.

You can find cheaper auto repair/maintenance shops, but you'll struggle to find better 👍

Forry and the team at Anthem are great. As a first time customer I did my homework and saw a ton of positive reviews and recommendations and so I took my 2013 Honda there. Not only did they fix an intermittent starting issue but also advised that I did NOT need new brakes when another local shop had recently said I… Read full review

Have been several times and always get a good honest opinion that I feel like I can trust..

Great service! Was taken care of without feeling like I was taken advantage of— the team was very good at communicating and not pushing me to do anything I didn’t want. Will be coming back for sure.

Anthem is the goat

Transparent pricing online, very helpful and flexible in doing the work you want done on the car! They were patient while waiting for me to complete a tire claim and helped me out with pictures and more information to submit. Forry was a huge help and was very responsive when I had questions or requests about my car.

I have been here twice now for general maintenance and both times were excellent. Nice staff and efficient follow up.

They do good work, but have just gotten way too expensive. Even dealership service departments I've used are cheaper in comparison. An independent shop is supposed to help you save. Can't say that they do. The work quality isn't THAT much better, if at all.

The team at Anthem Auto is/are great! Professional, attentive and kind. They have taken great care of my Infiniti. They are keenly aware of costs for maintenance and repairs and always help me prioritize and manage what needs to be done now! and what could wait till next time.

Update - took my car to a shop with more experience. Anthem incorrectly installed control arms. Please think twice before spending your time and money here. Very disappointed in consistently poor performance, communication, and ability to fix things correctly. If you take your car here, be skeptical and expect to… Read full review

Very professional. I asked for an evaluation of a car I recently purchased in which they identified many issues that actually voided the car warranty. Very thankful for their service.

The only place we take our vehicles for major repairs. Quick service.

Greeted walk in Cody listening to my car issues Chris and Foulle their expertise, excellent quality, and experience keeping me informed. Explain the importance of car issues very professional friendly team at affordable price

👏Excellent Service with a great Staff,I love the Culture at Anthem Automotive👏

I’ve been taking my car to Anthem for years. They take great care of me and I trust them.

Very smooth experience. Dropped my car off the night before and picked it up the following day

Anthem automotive was so thorough and thoughtful when figuring out what was wrong with my car. They were so communicative, efficient, and made sure I was driving away with a fixed vehicle. Will definitely be back for future service if needed!

Best experience I’ve had dealing with the big inconvenience of car trouble. Chris, Brett, and Forry were great communicators and did extra testing to ensure the long term health of my car, instead of just fix the immediate issue. They will be my go-to from here on out.

Anthem is great. No matter whom you are interacting with they are all professional, courteous and personable at all times from just the initial phone call to make the appointment to updates throughout the service and follow up after the service to confirm satisfaction. That has been consistent in all my interactions… Read full review

All very professional!!!! Literally fix problems others cannot!!!

Perfect job ! Thanks I have been their customer for years and I am very happy their work. Specially Forry . He is the best .

Found my new repair shop! Chris and the boys at Anthem did a great job making me feel like a valued customer. They were able to accommodate my car next day for service and got it back to me later that same day. No attempts to upsell me on anything I don’t need, very open and thorough about their recommendations.

These guys are great - did my inspection and repairs same day and were super kind!

I have been a fan of Anthem Automotive for 2 years now. So, when I had a fuel injector issue recently I was aware that my situation need immediate attention. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday evening w/key in drop box. I had a response to my email by 7:30 the very next morning. Brett said he would call after… Read full review

Great job and they don’t oversell you, but quite the contrary, they often tell you that a certain job can wait 6-12 months. They are also extremely nice. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Anthem a couple of times, and they’ve always done great work. Honest, straightforward service, fair pricing, and no pressure to buy repairs you don’t need. I’d definitely recommend them.

I had a quick diagnosis and repair on my car at a good price!

Efficient and friendly service. Dropped my car off in the morning and it was diagnosed and repaired by the end of the day. They were great at communication and very friendly. They did not try to push an extras or unnecessary labor and were completely transparent about cost before completing the service. 10/10 would recommend.

Efficient and personalized service with excellent communication. Will continue bringing my car to Anthem for everything!

Forry and the team at Anthem are great! My van was having serious issues and they were able to fix the problem, make some great suggestions and get my car back in working order pretty quickly. I highly recommend them for their quality work, awesome communication, and integrity.

Very pleased. Great service, fair price, and fantastic advice on what needed to be repaired now, what might wait, and even advice on where to get other items repaired. They will be our family go to garage from now on. Brett was excellent at explaining the details and reasoning on the various items.

There's a reason why Anthem consistently receives 5-star reviews. They provide top of the line service in an upscale environment. They are kind, fast, and excellent communicators. They're lightyears beyond other shops! I finally have a new shop that makes repairs and maintenance seamless.

Amazing, courteous, honest, and competent service for my family cars. My wife, daughter, step-daughter and I all get our cars serviced by Anthem. We have done so for years. In my experience it is the epitome of a well run business.

Great experience with Anthem! My husband and I both had car troubles in the same week… Making an appointment online was easy and we did after hours drop off, followed by easy communications with the anthem team where they handed off texts between each of us depending on who was out of town / ready to pickup. Appreciate their quick service on both!!

!! Highly recommended !! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly approachable. The level of service was exceptional—they kept me well-informed throughout the process and ensured I was completely satisfied, even after a slight delay. Their commitment to customer care truly stood out. I will definitely be returning!

Took my car to the dealership, they charged me a lot more than I was quoted at Anthem. Honest people, fair pricing, and quick turnaround!

Great customer service, reasonable pricing, and reliable maintenance

Big fan of this place. They shoot you straight, they are quick, and reasonably priced. This is my go-to mechanic that I've been looking for

Fantastic service, super knowledgeable, fair pricing and they completely stand behind their work. I've been with them for a couple of years now and don't plan on going anywhere else!

I’ve been coming here for years for oil changes, tune ups, and weird car noises, and they’ve been phenomenal. Fast service, clear communication, and fair prices.

I’ve been looking for a good mechanic for a long time. Forry and his team worked with my budget and even made a list of what needs to be done in order of importance. They are fast and responsive. I feel like my car is finally in good hands.

For the past few years, I have been coming to Anthem to get my Volvo serviced and have repairs done. The service has always been excellent, and they are always so professional. They are honest about the costs, necessities, and timeframes of repairs. I always am confident that my car will be treated well, and I will… Read full review

I recently came in after my check engine light came on and Anthem was able to diagnose the problem quickly and get my car back on the road. A few weeks later my car battery died and they were able to get me in same day & replaced the battery for less than the quoted price. They were super communicative and helpful!

I’ve had many auto repairs, services, etc. done at Anthem. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, honest, quick yet thorough when it comes to turnarounds, and prices are reasonable. I know so little about cars that I’m basically a walking cliche and I always brace myself for a massive bill and am always… Read full review

Great people, great service!!

I cannot say enough good things about them. As a woman in Atlanta, feeling like you are being treated fairly and with the utmost respect is very important when it comes to car maintenance. From the time I walk in until I pick up my car, I always receive top-tier customer service and work! Because my car is older, I… Read full review

My car is just shy of 80,000 miles and while I did not have any glaring problems, I brought it to Anthem Automotive for an inspection. And I'm glad I did! I have sent my son’s Jeep to Anthem for a couple of different issues and they are so trustworthy and competent. The customer service, communication and mechanics are excellent they are always thoughtful of their recommendations vs things that need to be taken care of. I would highly recommend Anthem!

Anthem is hands down the absolute BEST place to take your car in all of Atlanta. I was recommended to them by a friend who has had years of wonderful experiences, and I can say firsthand that they’re very knowledgeable, professional, and fair and fantastic with their pricing. I’ve been so impressed and am so… Read full review

The Anthem crew is top notch in customer service, quality of repairs, communication, and pricing. I have been coming to this shop for over a year now and have referred both friends and family because they make you feel like you're part of theirs. Great group of honest and knowledgable people! Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Anthem Automotive enough. I’ve trusted them with my vehicles for years because they are consistent, fair, and professional. Brett and the team provide amazing communication and a very easy drop-off/pickup process. It’s hard to find quality work done this quickly nowadays, but they manage to do both. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

Anthem Automotive is my go to for my vehicle needs … they are honest, professional and knowledgeable… the customer service staff makes sure you are satisfied before you walk out the door .,,

The anthem team is always outstanding. I was able to make an appointment quickly and got a great recommendation for additional tire maintenance

I am always impressed with the staff at Anthem Automotive. Everyone is thorough, kind and super informative. Taking your car to the shop as a woman in a very male dominated industry is sometimes VERY intimidating, however I have nothing but positive experiences at Anthem. My Honda CR-V is running smoothly and… Read full review

This was my first time at Anthem. They addressed my original issue, but they found an issue I did not know about. They fixed both in 1.5 days, and everything looks great. They will be my mechanics moving forward.

Went to the wrong shop to fix something wrong with my steering. Got kinda swindled. Went to Anthem and the difference was heaven and earth. Constantly communicating updates, quick and responsive. Most importantly my steering issues were properly fixed. After hours pick up is a mega plus. This is the place I will… Read full review

They gave me an estimate with a good 'break down' of this diagnosis. Once work started, they realized it was not as bad as originally thought. They let me know the good news and they finished it half the estimated time, and under half the budget.

Friendly, professional, good work. Anthem has worked on a number of my cars, and I’ve always been pleased. Bonus Is that although they seem to be busy I’ve never had a problem making an Appointment within a day or two of calling.

I had a great experience at Anthem this week! It was easy to set up an appointment and tell them what was going on with my Jeep. Drop off was easy. The lobby is super clean and there’s plenty of places to sit and coffee to drink. They kept me updated on their progress and let me know what they recommended for my… Read full review

I had a phenomenal experience at Anthem Automotive. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. Fast, friendly service. I don't take my car to anyone else. These guys alway take really good care of me.

I had my car towed their because it went to Limp mode. within an hour, they had diagnosed my problem and given me a quote to fix the the broken alternator. the quote was fair and to my surprise, they said they could most likely have it fixed the next day, assuming parts arrived. they did, and I got my car back relatively quickly.

Service went above and beyond expectations, and the consistent and timely communication from their reps was a breath of fresh air. Best experience at a repair shop to-date - recommending to everyone I know in Atlanta.

This place is great, I found them on a Reddit thread for atl mechanics where they were recommended by multiple people so I made an appointment and they repaired everything I needed almost overnight. They texted me with updates along the way which was super convenient (I hate talking on the phone). I also loved the… Read full review

Forry really changed my opinion of Anthem. He cut back my inspection fee after I mentioned that the high fee was a deterrent for me in the past. No maintenance services were performed on the vehicle but they confirmed that my concerns were unwarranted and that my vehicle was safe and operable.

Great service.

So honest and helpful. I’ve been going here ever since I moved to the area a couple years ago. They explain everything to you very well. Prices are very reasonable! Dropping the keys off and picking up after hours is convenient and easy to use. I feel like this is a place I can trust with my car repair needs! Super… Read full review

This is a late review as I went to them earlier in the month, but I wanted to take the time to write a review of this establishment. I will start by saying that they provided one of the best experiences I've ever had with a car repair shop. Before coming here, I had an issue with my a/c that no other mechanic could… Read full review

I was planning to take my car to the dealership to get serviced for hitting 100,000 miles and they didn’t have the best reviews. I’m so thankful I found Anthem Automotive through google near me. They were quick, efficient, polite and very thorough in both their communication and service. I recommend and will be using them in the future!

I love this place. They got me in the day I contacted them, solved my problem (which no one else was able to diagnose or fix), & charged me a VERY reasonable price for the repair. I will be using this place anytime I need a car repair. They're wonderful!

We had issues with the car not accelerating properly. We we're able to have the car towed to the shop after hours and they we're able to diagnose the issue within an hour after opening the next day. Even though it was a little pricy, they we're able to get the work done the same day. I wasn't able to grab the car… Read full review

The reason I go miles out of my way and put up with the inconvenience is not the technology or great service - it that I know I am dealing with people of integrity. That is worth a lot of inconvenience.

First time going to these guys. Great service. Extremely easy to get my car in and out. I worked with Forry and he was excellent on the phone and in person. Got an oil change and also did a 90k scheduled check on my 2019 Tahoe. They were extremely honest and did not push anything on me. Their recommendations were… Read full review

My family members have been going quite out of their way to utilize Anthem Auto for many years.
