We love Apple A/C & heat services. They check our system twice yearly with prompt service when needed. The technicians are knowledgeable, through and courteous. Highly recommended.
The tech today cleaned out the drain line and installed a float failsafe and cleanout. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to work with and fast. I will call again!

Ray with Apple A/C came out to check a A/C issue and was very knowledgeable, and professional.
He was professional, explained the issue with the AC and friendly. Recommend
Quick response time to a dead AC. Service completed quickly and at a fair price.
John was very kind and professional with his work ethic. Very knowledgable in his field.
John and Ray! Very professional and superior customer service!
Excellent responsiveness and repair. Reasonable price. Great technicians.
We've used Apple A/C and Heat Services multiple times now, and they've consistently impressed us every time. When your AC or heat goes out during extreme temperatures, response time matters, and they always get to us quickly, whether it's freezing cold or sweltering heat, we've never had to wait long for help.…
John was absolutely amazing! He is incredibly skilled at what he does and truly cares about his customers. From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and made sure the job was done right. He went above and beyond my expectations, and it really shows how much pride he takes in his work. I couldn’t be…
Been working with John the owner for years and always does a great job. Ray was our tech today and got a down AC unit back up in running within 18hrs during a crazy heat wave. Solid team. 10/10 recommend.
I have 19 year-old units and was for sure that one or two of them had completely expired, but Apple was able to revive them so we can get a few more miles out of them. They were incredibly quick (same day Saturday service and made repairs on both really fast!!) , professional, and friendly. Highly recommended.
Called this morning, they were able to send a tech out a few hours later. Ray was outstanding, explained everything and pricing before doing any work. He was professional and got our A/C unit fixed in no time. I’ll definitely be calling them in the future for maintenance and repairs.
Ray was awesome! He explained everything that needed to be repaired in detail and answered all my questions. Will definitely be using Apple for my other property. I'm so glad I chose them to handle my HVAC repair.
Previous positive reviews are100% correct, this is a top, if not the TOP HVAC system repair company in the DFW area by far. I called Apple, Friday afternoon after reading many reviews of a/c repair companies. As I thought most companies were not able to come until Monday or Tuesday if they were able to come the next…
They were very quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly and thorough. So grateful for Yelp pointing us in the right direction and for John our service guy who checked everything for us. Also, I will say very professional, friendly, clean, and nice.
John came out and saved the day! We had been told earlier in the day (by another big brand) that there was nothing that could be done for our unit and we had no choice but to install a brand new $20,000 unit. We called John at Apple and he came out and got us cooled down and living the nice life again! Of course we…

Raymond did a great job!! Very efficient, and he presented the issues with options for repairs. Very much appreciated that!
Had our AC go out in the middle of this Texas heat and apple ac and heat came out fast and got us taken care of the same day. Very professional, honest, and reliable from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, gave a fair price, and had the system running perfectly again in no time. It’s hard to find…
Professional and knowledgeable. Discovered an issue with my blower motor, not even reason I called. They were able to come next day and repair.
The service was quick and professional .
Excellent work for a heat pump, great customer service, highly recommend. We got three quotes and went with this one because of the product they offered and how they explained everything that needed to happen for installation. Glad we did.
Our Tech Nerio was terrific and did a very thorough job of checking and cleaning our HVAC system! He found the refrigerant to be low and serviced it to get it back to manufactured specs! Highly recommend!
John from Apple was fantastic in assessing our needs, providing us reasonable quotes, and communicating with us throughout the process. Apple replaced our unit sooner than we thought (within 2 days of the quote - in March). Our older home required some unexpected challenges for the crew, but they adjusted…
All my HVAC needs go through Apple. They are fast, reasonably priced and straight shooters!
These guys are down to earth and realistic ! Will keep them in my contacts !
I found this company on yelp In the middle of our winter storm They were the first company to say they could come today. John showed up 2 1/2 hours later, And fixed my heat. My house was 58° before he got here. I will use this company again! I told him not all heroes were capes! He didn’t even charge me after hours prices.
On time fast service that fixed issue
The tech was very professional knowledgeable and explained in detail what went wrong with my system. Also gave me some advice and ideas for my upgrades. I would definitely recommend this company..
Apple A/C & Heat Services did an awesome job on our AC in Rockwall! Fast response, professional install, fair pricing, and everything works perfectly. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable AC or heating service.
Apple AC & Heat SAVED me on a cold Sunday morning! I called and expected they wouldn’t be able to assist me until a day or two later like typical providers but instead they said they could be out that morning! I got a text confirming my details and a detailed ETA. When John got there he immediately diagnosed the…
John was great and very efficient
Very good! Recommended.
Incredible and friendly service from the Technician John. Recommend him and this company for any HVAC work needed.
Just had my A/C coil replaced. Apple A/C was professional and full of info throughout the process. I had another company come out last Saturday and they failed to identify the problem. Despite being here for several hours Apple’s team came on Monday, inspected the system and found the leak the repair was done…
