I have 19 year-old units and was for sure that one or two of them had completely expired, but Apple was able to revive them so we can get a few more miles out of them. I found this company on yelp In the middle of our winter storm They were the first company to say they could come today. John showed up 2 1/2 hours later, And fixed my heat.
