Customers highlight Apple Valley Glass for its punctual service, fair pricing, and professional installation of windows, doors, and shower enclosures. Reviewers frequently note quick response times and helpful communication regarding quotes and appointments. However, a pattern of low-star reviews indicates that some customers experienced delays or a lack of follow-up on custom orders and repairs, leading to dissatisfaction with the level of customer care provided.
