My heating element in my dryer went out over the weekend. I called on Monday & the tech, Zach, was at my house on Wednesday. He fixed my dryer in just over an hour. He was very polite & professional. This is my second time using Appliance Professionals & I will continue to highly recommend this company.

Lamar was great to work with. We had an issue with our dryer in which he came out on a Saturday to look. He is friendly and professional in his manner, timing and explanation of issues/options and solutions. His helper was very polite and professional as well. Highly recommend him for any appliance repairs needed.
Scheduled appt with enough info that the Service Tech was Prompt, arrived with needed parts and wasted no time in getting the unit operational - all the while maintaining safety protocols-thanks Lamar!
