Dima was amazing ! I expressed to him the urgency of getting the dryer fixed, because of course it broke one week before Christmas when 12 guests are coming to the house for two weeks. And he said he will work overnight to fix the part that was broken. Very happy with him ! Of course a he deserves the best tip I could give him!
