I would give this company zero stars if that were an option. We spent approx. $5,000 on a water softener system that was defective and never worked properly from day one (2021). Despite repeated attempts to get the system working, the company’s technicians were unable to resolve the issues. The installation was unacceptable, the equipment was unreliable, and the installation process even resulted in damage to our landscaping. For five years, we dealt with a system that never performed as promised. During that time, we experienced ongoing problems with our water, which we believe contributed to severe health issues, issues with our hair (turning orange and brittle) and skin, including severe eczema affecting my daughter. After years of frustration, we finally had to rip the system out and replace it with equipment from another company. What makes this experience even more disappointing is the complete lack of customer service. I reached out to the company again, hoping they would take responsibility and work with us toward a reasonable solution or at least offer partial reimbursement for the money we wasted on their defective equipment. They never even called me back. After taking thousands of dollars from a customer, the least a company can do is respond and attempt to make things right. We have now had to pay another company to replace a system we already paid a substantial amount of money for. Five years of frustration, failed attempts to fix the problem, property damage, and now the expense of starting over. I strongly regret doing business with this company. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend them. The equipment failed to deliver, the service was disappointing, and the lack of follow-up when we sought a fair resolution speaks volumes about how they treat their customers. If you are considering spending thousands of dollars on a water softener, I strongly encourage you to do your research and choose a company that stands behind its products and takes care of its customers after the sale.

Begging you don’t use this company. The reviews are probably from a few weeks of use & people with no actual well water issues. My water has started smelling since the first month of getting their system. They never call back, the owner is always in the hospital. And employee told me the owner is sick, but it wasn’t from bad water. They just use that as a tactic. Anyways, please please please if your gut is saying no, do not do it. We paid them cash, and here I am with worse water than before

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best investments we’ve made for our home! We recently had the Platinum Plus whole-home water filtration system with RO installed by Aqua Pure Solutions, and we couldn’t be happier! We’ve already noticed a difference in how soft our hair and skin feel, and having clean, fresh, bottled-quality drinking water right from our kitchen sink without all the plastic bottles is amazing! For us, it’s not just about better-tasting water, but also about being proactive with our family’s health. Knowing we’re taking steps to reduce potential contaminants in our water and minimize possible long-term health risks gives us extra peace of mind. You really can’t put a price on that! Luke and our installer were both awesome! Very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The Platinum Plus system and RO setup have exceeded our expectations. We’re extremely happy with our decision and would highly recommend Aqua Pure Solutions to anyone looking to improve their home’s water quality. Definitely a worthwhile investment! 5 stars all around!

We purchased a reverse osmosis system from Aqua Pure Solutions based on the extensive claims on their website and sales rep Tiffany about removing contaminants from drinking water, including lead, bacteria, pesticides, herbicides, pharmaceuticals, and other impurities. The company emphasizes that reverse osmosis systems are critical for providing clean, safe drinking water and promotes the effectiveness of their systems in removing up to 99% of contaminants. What makes our experience so frustrating is that Aqua Pure Solutions also stressed the importance of regular filter replacements to maintain system performance. Our filters were due to be replaced in **October 2025**, and despite numerous phone calls over the past several months, we have repeatedly been told that the replacement filters are on backorder. If regular maintenance is essential to ensuring the system performs as advertised, then customers should be able to obtain replacement filters in a timely manner. It is difficult to reconcile the company's emphasis on water quality and contaminant removal with the fact that we have been waiting many months for the very filters needed to keep the system functioning properly. We understand that supply chain issues can occur, but after repeated calls, we still have no filters, no alternative solution, and no clear timeline. For a company that markets itself as a water quality expert, the lack of follow-through and customer support has been extremely disappointing. I hope Aqua Pure Solutions improves its inventory management, communication, and commitment to existing customers. Right now, I cannot recommend them based on our experience after the sale.

Can you fall in love with your water? YES YOU CAN! I absolutely love my water - going from swampy Florida water to clean and soft water in one professional visit. My first shower felt amazing and my hair is so soft! Reverse osmosis water tastes great and gives me peace of mind knowing it’s safe to drink. Our installation was perfect and every rep we were in contact with was nothing short of professional and caring, going above and beyond our expectations. I would 100% recommend this company!

Made appointment for water testing and pricing on equipment did not show did not call I had to call and was told that he was running late and they wanted to reschedule after I waited hours FYI stay away from people like this cuz if they can't do a simple test and sales rep visit then they're not worth being your home water solution plenty of other contractors out there
