Arctic Sewer and Drain

Very professional, reasonably priced and highly efficient. Will call them again if I experience any drainage or plumbing issues.

Awesome, just awesome! They had an opening and came out almost immediately, fixed our drain problem, and even helped with more drains than we originally anticipated. They were incredibly helpful, took the time to explain things, and I even learned a thing or two along the way! Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Arctic Sewer & Drain for your plumbing/sewer needs. Stellar customer service, very knowledgable, and fairly priced. Once it was revealed that the scope of work went beyond their expertise, they recommended a great company to assist with excavating and fixing our pipes underground. I had a drain line issue in my washroom, water was pooling on the floor, I called three other companies and they were backed up for days, I called Arctic Sewer and Drain and within minutes scheduled a service call that same afternoon. The Tech arrived, seen and diagnosed my issue, went right to work, explained to me… Read full review

Excellent service! They got our lines thawed out on a weekend and in short order. Everyone in the house is happy again.

Had a blockage in our sewer mainline resulting in downstairs bath tubs backing up on the Saturday after Christmas. Got an ETA of several hours because of a que of other calls and was surprised to get a call from the tech less than 3 hours later. Power snaked from the exterior cleanout and didn't even need to come inside and we're good as new.

Was able to schedule for first thing on a Monday. Josh and Daniel were informative and quick to action.

They listened to what we had to say about the problem, understood and immediately got to work with all the right equipment on the same day. Very kind and professional.

I had a tub that was not draining. I had called Alaska Sewer & Drain, who I have used before and they did not return my call and when I called them back it was forwarded to someone's cell phone that had nothing to do with the company! I called Arctic Sewer & Drain and they got me on their schedule. They showed up… Read full review

My husband rolled his eyes and said it would take days to get a plumber. John and Daniel of Arctic Sewer and Drain were there in under two hours! Unheard of! They quickly fixed the problem, caused by units above ours, and billed the condo managers instead of us. Fantastic service!!!

Had my sink/laundry drain line back up on a Saturday. Called Arctic Sewer and Drain, and Daniel came out within a few hours of my call. Where do I begin with this 5 Star review, hmm? I had multiple plugging issues with a run over toilet late last night, so I called them when they first opened. As with most plumbing issues there is no convenient time. We call d Arctic Sewer and Drain and were able to add us to their day. Chris showed up a few hours later and fixed our backlog. Great service quick and responsive company!

Had to do a call out at 9pm. Chris was very kind and professional. He was able to clear our drain and explained everything very thoroughly! High recommend this company!

They were very quick with the follow up with scheduling me in on short notice. Along with that they were also very fast at getting to my location. Took about an hour and they made sure to snake the drain a few more time to make sure it was clear.

Fantastic service and very timely! Was in and out in two hours and got our sewer pipes to drain again!

I just moved to Alaska and into my first home. I was here just a few days when it was clear my drain in my garage was clogged. Competent, capable professionals. This service was top notch by any measure. They talked is through what they did, what issues were detected, and laid out options clearly and simply.

We had a mysteriously leaky toilet. Our regular plumber diagnosed the problem as a clog in the pipes leading to our septic system and advised us to call a specialist. Isaac and his son were just super, starting with the initial call. They came out quickly, cleared the clog and re-seated the problem toilet. We… Read full review
