Awesome, just awesome! They had an opening and came out almost immediately, fixed our drain problem, and even helped with more drains than we originally anticipated. They were incredibly helpful, took the time to explain things, and I even learned a thing or two along the way! Highly recommend!

Had a blockage in our sewer mainline resulting in downstairs bath tubs backing up on the Saturday after Christmas. Got an ETA of several hours because of a que of other calls and was surprised to get a call from the tech less than 3 hours later. Power snaked from the exterior cleanout and didn't even need to come inside and we're good as new.
Was able to schedule for first thing on a Monday. Josh and Daniel were informative and quick to action.

We highly recommend Arctic Sewer & Drain for your plumbing/sewer needs. Stellar customer service, very knowledgable, and fairly priced. Once it was revealed that the scope of work went beyond their expertise, they recommended a great company to assist with excavating and fixing our pipes underground. When we were in an awful spot, they came through, willing to help. Thank you Isaac and team!

I understood all of what was being explained and gave recommendations on what needed done and whether or not it was urgent. Very polite, and professional. I will recommend them and use them if needed again. Very grateful for there expertise.
Isaac saved me twice. I called him for a camera inspection because my downstairs piping kept backing up. After he looked at the pipes he told me right away what the problem was & I didn't need a camera inspection, the pipes were not connected correctly and told me what needed to be done to get it working properly. Recently I had a leak upstairs under my kitchen sink. So I called Isaac, I told him I had a leak, he said that's not what they but he would take a look or he suggested a company that repairs leaks. One company came out to repair it but they didn't snake piping. Because of the exceptional service & communication on his first visit I called him back and he went there that day. Not only do he snake the pipes but he also repaired the leak. I will forever be a customer and I will highly recommend him. THANK YOU Isaac for your honesty and integrity.
I would call Arctic Sewer and Drain over and over. They were so fast to respond, fixed our issue quickly and their rate is great. They were very kind and professional as well.
My kids stuck toys in both the upstairs and downstairs toilets, thanks to the plumber who came and fixed them. He did a great job fixing our clogged toilets, kept everything clean throughout the process, and left the area very clean. The plumber was very timely, super professional, and affordable. Daniel was at our place until 10:30pm clearing a main line backup last Saturday (Valentines day). Several other companies didn't respond. Great service & highly recommended!
