I can’t say enough good things about Everett and his team. After our home suffered extensive damage from frozen baseboards last winter, Everett was the only plumber in town willing to take on the repair, and I’m extremely grateful that he did. Because this was a large insurance claim, the plumbing work had to be completed in multiple stages. What started as repairing the freeze damage ultimately turned into replacing all of the baseboards throughout the entire house, which was a very big job. Everett handled every stage professionally and never made us feel rushed, even as the scope of the project grew. One thing that really stood out was how well Everett worked with our insurance company. He communicated with them multiple times and provided very detailed plumbing reports and documentation explaining the damage, necessary repairs, and work being performed. Anyone who has dealt with a major insurance claim knows how valuable that is. He was always patient, well-spoken, and willing to explain exactly what was happening. The quality of the work was equally impressive. Everett and his team used quality parts and materials, and the installation was extremely clean and professional. You can tell they take pride in doing the job correctly rather than simply getting it done. We’re currently in the final stages of rebuilding the house, with drywall and bathroom fixtures still being replaced and installed. Once everything is ready, I’m hoping to have Everett come back to handle the remaining plumbing work. After everything we’ve gone through with this house, having a plumber who was dependable, communicative, patient, and willing to work through a complicated insurance repair made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend Everett and his team, especially for a large or complicated plumbing job.

Great service! Everet was able to work us in on short notice for a water heater replacement. He has excellent communication, showed up on time with everything needed to get the job done.
