Excellent service! They got our lines thawed out on a weekend and in short order. Everyone in the house is happy again.

Had a blockage in our sewer mainline resulting in downstairs bath tubs backing up on the Saturday after Christmas. Got an ETA of several hours because of a que of other calls and was surprised to get a call from the tech less than 3 hours later. Power snaked from the exterior cleanout and didn't even need to come inside and we're good as new.

Was able to schedule for first thing on a Monday. Josh and Daniel were informative and quick to action.

As with most plumbing issues there is no convenient time. We call d Arctic Sewer and Drain and were able to add us to their day. Chris showed up a few hours later and fixed our backlog. Great service quick and responsive company!

Had to do a call out at 9pm. Chris was very kind and professional. He was able to clear our drain and explained everything very thoroughly! High recommend this company!

They were very quick with the follow up with scheduling me in on short notice. Along with that they were also very fast at getting to my location. Took about an hour and they made sure to snake the drain a few more time to make sure it was clear.
