Very fast and efficiently done. Technicians Vadya and Serhii did a good job with the window glass replacement. Pricing seemed high and could have been lower since it was one window glass replacement.
Sorry to say, but I had a bad experience with Argo. There is a significant language barrier when using this company which isn't a problem unless something unexpected happens during an install as happened to me. I felt over charged for what was actually done but every time I tried reaching out to them (two separate phone calls) to get an explanation they literally told me they couldn't understand what I was communicating to them and that "Thomas" would get back to me because he speaks English better. Thomas never called back. No, if I could do things over again I would have used someone else.

An estimate is only worth something, Rob, if the timeline in it turns out to be true, and that is what makes a glass replacement easy to plan around. Once the glass was ready, the install itself was the quick part. Enjoy the new pane.

Jeanette, new glass set into the original crank out frames is the kind of window repair we would choose every time, because those frames still had plenty of life left in them. Replacing the rotted sill on the same visit means the whole opening is sound again, not just the glass. Your two photos show it nicely from inside and out. Enjoy the clear view from that Mequon kitchen.
