$20 to change your plates is steep. I had out my out of state plates that I wanted switched for MA plates. I would expect this would’ve been $5 or part of customer service. I understood there was a fee but the pricing was not transparent. The time it took was 3 minutes max, if any. There was no mention of difficulty…

I was there for my auto inspection which they did but at the expense of my car's front grill. When I complained about the issue, the person who inspected my car was nervous initially and declined to take the responsibility. Bob was very helpful and polite. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and understood the work being done on my car prior to the state inspection. Highly recommend!!
