Update: 10-14-26 The handle to our $10k+ sliding glass door is peeling. It is either defective or extremely low quality. I called July 2026 to have the handle replaced as it is still under warranty. Sent pictures and was told they would get back to me for turn-around time. No one called me back. I called back August 25 with no return call again. I called Sept 14 and a new staff member requested updated pictures. Sent again. Called back Sept 14. Was told they have to order the handle. Today, October 14. I have no door handle and No one is calling me back. Contacting the BBB to help resolve this issue...again. Sure wish I read the one star reviews on Yelp before choosing this company over Pella! Windows are expensive and Pella was only $175 more for our Six windows and a $10k sliding glass door. My mistake was not choosing Pella. The good: Ordered and installed quickly. The Bad: I immediately noticed major defects in the sliding glass door frame (looks as if the manufacturer left sand paper in their machine) and a front window defect requiring replacement. I've had so many conversations with staff (some response and some not) regarding replacements and repairs. This is suppose to be a Lifetime Warranty. I waited for 5 months for replacements only for them to inform me the manufacturer sent the wrong color of door frame! Six months into this unfortunate relationship and I STILL have a defective sliding glass door, defective front window glass, and now the new office window (which was part of the package) is separating from the window sill inside and from the house outside of the wall. It's a real mess and Six Months is unacceptable. I absolutely can NOT recommend this company. Do yourself a Big favor and choose another vendor. Next, contacting the BBB.

Identified short term fix for weekend and ordered new part to get fix next week. Amazing customer service at the start of a long holiday weekend...JOE is AMAZING!!

It took several months to receive a ProVia door due manufacture delay. Had a few hiccups at install. Once install day arrived was not happy that peep hole wasn't set to my height but a standard 58". The salesman should had set it to 64" like on my old door was. To bad this door can't be sent back and re-done with correct height of peep hole. It looks odd to be set this low and would not suggest this height for anyone. The side frame of door sticks out beyond threshold but installer said this is way these doors are - very common and it would be ok. Close to end of this install I was surprised to learn these were sub contractors doing the install when I specifically asked if company would be sending only their W-2 employees. Don't get me wrong these sub contractors did a good job installing this door it is only I felt lied to as the salesman at time of signing the contract and Ashley the scheduler assured me they would be sending only their experienced "employees" to do this install. Both lied! I stand by the phase say what you mean and do what you say you are going to do. Well after all is said and done this ProVia door so far appears to been worth the money spent on it. I definitely would recommend a Provia front door.

We are thrilled with our new back door! It brought the outside in to our home and opened up the space beautifully. The entire experience was so seamless. We met with Daniel the salesman at the showroom. They have a fantastic showroom. So great to see the doors and windows in person. Daniel was so thorough in explaining every detail of the installation process and really put our mind at ease that everything would be done right. He came to our home to do the measurements and provide an estimate. He helped us find the right door for our space at an affordable price. The door was perfect for our space. The installation was done quickly, but with quality so it did not disrupt our lives too much. The drywall and stucco was perfect against the door. The guy worked so hard even working over the weekend to get it completed by the deadline. The guys who did the installation, Cory and Juan, were great to work with and really listened to our questions and were open to our feedback. Joe, the project manager, was on site every day talking me through every step and including me in the decision making process. Every person at Windows & Doors just goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend them. We are already reaching out about our next project.
