This review is simply of the sales experience so far, I'll update it once windows are installed. After having a few high pressure sales calls from other installers in the valley, Brad (Penner) was a breath of fresh air as he simply walked us through the process and explained the pros and cons of all the decisions.…

Brad was great when he came over, showed us the products, gave us a great price, and answered all of our questions, I would recommend him to people I know since he wasn't very sales heavy which is nice.

9 terrific double pane, low-e windows look fantastic in my brick house, beautifully and efficiently installed by Ron and Michael. The slider windows work smoothly, and happily can be locked when slightly open to let in air and remain secure. I'm really pleased with the process and the result.
