Athena was nice and kept her word for service date. Ryan the tech was very good at his work manship
UPDATED 2/2/26 I had the pleasure of working with Brad Penner to set up my house with new windows, slider, and front doors. His approach with everything was spot on. Professional, on time, and truly listened to what I was looking for. No high pressure/ shady tactics. Just a very knowledgeable person about what he…
February 2026. The job has still never been completed. Window still don’t close correctly.. and nobody at the company appears to care. Update 3+ years later- They still haven’t completed the job. Worst company ever. Installation began in December and its now June and the work still isn’t done. In fact…
This place is great! Started with a visit from our rep Tony. Fun dude to chat with and very knowledgeable of the product he's selling. Got some quotes for a few doors on our house and our guest house. Decided to do just the guest house door for now since it was the worst of the 4. Door was installed a couple days…
Selecting who to allow to install a new front Door and complete Window upgrade to your Arizona Condo can be a big decision. I hope this review makes it a little easier for you. After receiving two previous quotes from other Vendors... The Window and Door Store Representative, Brad Penner, and his installation team…
Brad Penner at The Window and Door Store is hands-down the best in the business! From the very first inquiry, Brad was the most responsive person I’ve ever dealt with—no waiting days for a reply, he got back to me within hours every single time. Zero high-pressure sales tactics, which was a breath of fresh air. He…
This review is for Brad Penner at AZ Window Door Store. I was looking to replace 19 windows and 2 doors and evaluated three different companies for this project. Brad showed me the different types of windows and glass and helped me make the right decision for each of the windows/doors to buy. He explained and…
We had a great setup with Randy a couple months back and the installation with Michael and Tito was very professional and friendly. Excellent crew and the final product is awesome. Thank you!!
Two months ago, I got an estimate and moved forward with a new front door. Received no updates, had to call them. Two months. Meanwhile, I decided to finance this project through their provided third party. They offered no payment required for one-year. What they don't tell you is that while they're lagging on…
This review is just for the ordering process of an entry door for our home in the Fountain Hills area. I will do another review once the door is installed and finished. For good reasons, I needed someone to do the whole door replacement where I would just pay someone and the job would be finished, completed fully,…
Brandon was super helpful in quotes for my windows and door. Super nice guy to work with, and they sell a quality product.
I have dealt with many companies and people over the years but The Window and Door Store is truly outstanding. I had five doors with screen doors plus a window installed. The installers Charles and Johnny were professional, diligent and delightful humans. In the office I dealt with Tiffany and she is fabulous. Any…
Brandon was professional, punctual, and got right to the point.
Doing business with Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable and organized. He brought great insight into design and options for my home. I can’t wait for the efficiency of my new windows and how great they will look with all of Brandon’s options. Thanks so much!
Great company to work with. I recommended for their Great products and services.
We purchased Anlin Delmar replacement windows and doors for our house from Daniel Gordon. He was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful sales person of the three companies we looked at. Not yet installed, so watch here for an update.
I called to schedule an estimate and was given an appointment the following day. Stephan Eckel came out and spent hours going over my many options, sharing his knowledge and guiding my choices. He wasn’t pushy, but was clear about the many options He even pointed out a few that helped save money on windows and…
Great experience from the initial walk through the showroom to our in home meeting with Randy, our Design Consultant. We submitted our project to our HOA and Randy assisted by speaking with the Architectural Committee to answer a few questions they had. We are approved and waiting for our installation date!…
AZ Window & Door was recommended to me by a family member and my painter. I contacted them and they had a designer named Brad at my house to discuss my doors within a couple of days. The designer helped me select the doors, finishes and hardware. I never felt like I was being led in a direction that I wasn’t…
I had Joseph come by a few months ago for a door and window quote for an addition we are building and it was one of the best experiences I have had with a sales agent for a house project. Very personable and knows his stuff making the overall quote and booking process an absolute pleasure. Install just got complete…
We placed a substantial order with the Window and Door Store for multiple high end doors installed in our home. The process had some pretty significant bumps along the way but in the end, the level of attention and service we received turned what would have been a negative review into a very positive one. We placed…
I've used Arizona Window and Door store multiple times over the years and sorry that I'm just now getting around to leaving a review! To put it simply; they are the absolute best! These guys do exactly what they say they're going to do, when they say they'll do it. Rare quality in the trades out here. Great work…
Richard Coats was on time, very knowledgeable and brought samples of all of our options. He also made scheduling our final measurements easy and convenient. I would recommend AZ Window and Door!
Great company and sales rep. You get what you pay for!!
I have enjoyed doing business with this company. Starting with Brad, the rep who came to our home and made a presentation. He asked great questions, listened to our answers and presented on the merit of their product. Unlike some other presentations, he did not bad mouth other companies. He did not try to close the…
The door they installed is beautiful and the seal is fantastic! The long wait to get it was worth it. We don’t have to worry about Arizona critters getting in through the cracks. Even our Door Dash driver took the time to complement how beautiful it is. The sales staff was welcoming and very informative. Lacey who…
Product is above and beyond the competition and Jim, the sales person was professional, knowledgeable about the product and went above and beyond in assisting me with what would be best for my home. Totally endorse this.
Horrible experience. Been months and months. Project not finished. Store stopped responding. I am currently out tens of thousands of dollars in “deposit money” … what a scam. Guess they used to be legit. Read other negative similar reviews.
This company is not recommended. The salesman sold us the wrong door types for some of the rooms. He was responsive in the beginning, and after some problems started to happen, he avoided our calls and messages. They installed the doors without painting them, because they do not offer that service, but installation…
I was having an issue with a few exterior doors at my house and called the Arizona Window & Door Store. They sent over Jim one of their design consultants, who came to assess the door project. He has over 35 years experience in the business and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also didn’t realize that his…
Responsive, Knowledgeable and Economical - good guys to work with.
Steve at AZ Window and Door Store is just fantastic to work with. He is so sincere, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a really great experience and would highly recommend AZ Window and Door Store!
If every business could have the same reliability, work ethic and quality as Arizona Window and Door Store, the world would be a better place. Just wow! The long story short is that one rogue rock during a landscaper's visit shattered our door. As luck would have it, the glass couldn't just be replaced and the…
We very much enjoyed dealing with Arizona Window and Door Store from start to finish. We had a thorough explanation of the best type of windows for our home, the scheduling and installation went smoothly and the job was completed professionally.
Very professional and easy to work with.
Jesse came and tied up some loose ends. He was very professional and answered all questions. Was very comfortable with him in our home. Nice guy!
The level of customer service received from scheduling the initial consultation appointment, to the consultation itself, to installation was superior. You know, the "old school" kind of customer service where they actually show up on time, enjoy what they do, have knowledge of their product and services, are…
Installers were clean and efficient. Doors and windows look great.
Shannon is the best! She first came when my husband was home to show samples and give a price for 2 doors and a security screen door purchase and installation. She came back again with the samples so that I could look at the excellent quality of the materials being used. Shannon is not pushy and just let's the…
Met Jim at the Scottsdale store and arrange a meeting. Jim came out to take measurements and was on time, and through. Jim is an experienced consummate professional with an attention to details. Our estimate was concise and complete. We could not of asked for more. If you are looking for window and door replacement…
You guys did a great job with the install/replacement. Thank you so much!!
So after the recent storm I noticed water in my house around the front door. It was an old hollow door I’ve wanted to change for years. I called the Arizona Window & Door Store and they sent a design consultant over to assess the situation. Jim was amazing. He went through his product line of doors and actually…
How nice it is When you call a company For a project you're looking to do, and they actually get right back to you to schedule an appointment right away. Hung right! Phenomenal service as well. 🙌🏼
Amazing experience! So friendly
High performing business that has the key ingredient. High performing employees that stand the business up on it's foundation. It starts with the sales presentation and ends with a check in to see how the new door is functioning. Today, Jesse came through to install a back ordered part for the screen door. Jesse…
Brad started my experience with Arizona Window & Door Store off by his punctual timing and bubbly personality. He asked what I was interested in and then confirmed with his colleagues to make sure that I was getting the best product to make what I envisioned happen. He was informative and very friendly. Punctual, friendly, professional service! They cleaned up very well when they were done I would definitely recommend this company for your door and window needs
I had called Arizona Window & Door Store because after being here in another hot Arizona summer I decided it was finally time to upgrade my windows and doors to more efficient cost saving units. Hi, I would like to thank Jim for coming to my home and presenting the Arizona Windows and Doors product line. Steve Kosac was our sales representative and he was very forthright and non-pressuring. He showed us an excellent product and we’re buying a door from them.
I couldn’t be happier with the AZ Window and Door experience. I met with 5 companies for my window and entry door replacement project. The cheap guys couldn’t meet the quality product and warranty of AZWD, and the remodel guys want to pressure sell you. Brad was amazing to work with - he helped me find the package…
Friendly professional demeanor, showed up on time, delivered quality work, and finished the job sooner then expected. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!!
I am in love with my new door and windows! Az windows and doors came highly rated and recommended from multiple friends, so I decided to give them a try. Once I called, someone was right out (on time) and we went through what I wanted and what was needed to be replaced. I didn't feel pressured and they worked with…

When it was time to update our home with new windows and doors my wife and I shopped around with numerous places throughout the city and it wasn't hard to choose who we trusted with our project . Arizona Window & Door along with there associate Daniel Gordon stood out from the rest . The quality of product along…
The whole process from beginning to end was exceptional. Ryan and his team were the greatest, very professional attention to detail. Jessie came out and did some small adjustments after settling. He was absolutely wonderful and even took time to talk with my elderly father. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for windows and or doors.
Professional company with great employees. A pleasure to work with from the beginning. Thanks for a great product and an outstanding installation.
Jesse came and made some repairs to the installed door. He made sure it was perfect and it was! He was a true professional!!! Thank you!!!!
Awesome work by great people!
Steve our salesperson has been great and responsive to our questions and has been a great experience so far. Made me feel like a customer before I even put a deposit down. We ordered two new doors through AZ Window and Door Store and everything has been awesome. Everyone has been wonderful to work with - from the sales person to customer service and everyone in between. We needed a new part during our install so they got us the part and we had Jesse come out and install. He did a…
Both the gentleman that came out today to adjust the front door and fill in the foam on one of the doors the remainder of the way and the three gentlemen that came out to do the initial installs were all very nice, professional and on time. All of them were fun to chat with and attentive to any concerns I had. I enjoyed working with them all.
Quality work, professional, and completed the job quickly with a smile
After weeks of shopping around, speaking with several companies, and numerous home visits, Vinny Summo from AZ Window & Door sold me on my windows and door replacement! Many of the companies I spoke/ met with were either not forthcoming with information/ pricing or were very aggressive in their sales. Vinny met with…
Jesse was super helpful and went above and beyond. Extremely happy with my purchase from Az windows and doors
They installed two entrance doors. Very professional crew and did an excellent job. We love the doors and would recommend them to everyone.
Josh and Keyonna were very good at installing our garage side door. It looks fantastic and works great.
Steve was very professional and knowledgeable about his products. He was upfront about what we should expect.
Jesse came to replace a screen door that had a manufacturer defect following my window and door replacement project. He displayed great customer service and took the time to address several adjustments needed with not only the screen on question but multiple sliders and my front door. He went above and beyond and…
Installers were great!
Great Sales Representative, looking forward to installation
The windows and doors are amazing. I wish I would have done this years ago. I can already tell a difference in the comfort of my home. The installation team led by Derek was fantastic! They were friendly, efficient, and professional. Overall, I would recommend the product, the company, and the team I have worked with to anyone needing windows & doors.
Very professional and courteous. Quality work and stand by their products.
One window had a small defect in the frame, that an installer noticed but I didn't A replacement window was ordered, installed with no problems. Steve did the second job. showed up on time, did the work in a very professional manner.
We are so thrilled with both the quality of the door we purchased and the entire Arizona Window and Door Store team. John was incredibly helpful in making sure we picked the perfect product for our home and so communicative from the day we ordered until delivery and beyond. Josh and Keyonna went above and beyond…
They did a great job. Vinnie started with explaining everything in depth on our options, then Adrien and Carlos rocked the install of our new windows and doors and kept it really clean. It's amazing. *update* I needed the screen replaced on my screen door and a part of the slider came out from the inside track.…
There were some issues with the 3 screens and Jessie came out to repair. He was professional and reviewed everything to ensure I was satisfied. He took care with my dog and made sure she was happy too!
Very professional and personable. On time, and everything was done professionally. Very helpful providing hints and info about the sliding door. Highly recommend this company.
We used Arizona Window and Door Store to replace our double front doors. I initially reached out to them via Yelp and they were very quick to respond. We had our initial meeting with Randy who went over our options and we decided on the type and colors to use. We then had another appointment for measurement and…
They did a great job on the install and the quality of the materials is top notch.
Patrick was our installer, he did an excellent job. We are very pleased with his craftsmanship. We will definitely recommend Arizona Window and Door Store.
Jesse came to my house to caulk around a door and cover some exterior nail holes that had split from three previous door installations. No job is too small for AZ Windows and Doors ! They stand behind their work. Jesse totally enjoys what he does and is very personable.
Our experience with Arizona Window and Door store has been exceptional from the first moment we contacted them. They were super responsive and were able to get a sales rep out to us quickly. The door we needed replaced gets exposed to all the elements because it isn’t covered and we knew we were going to need a…
Did a lot of shopping around before making a decision on a company. Arizona Window and Door Store did a great job on my door project. I will be recommending them to everyone I know that is look for window or door replacement. Also after I save up some more money I will be doing my windows with them.
Arizona Window and Door Store did an amazing job installing a beautiful new glass sliding door. Mark, our sales person was super knowledgeable and was prepared with impressive technology (vs clipboard or notebook) to review all energy efficient options. Colby, our project manager measured and was exceptional…
Arizona Window and Doors installed a new sliding glass door in our family room. The crew that put it in were efficient, friendly, and professional. We had a safety lock installed at a later date, and the man that did that was great. He did the job and then cleaned up the door completely before leaving.
Perfect does not begin to describe this company. I got a quote for a new front door with a screen door, and a new sliding glass door. They were the best offer of all my options, and had the most attention to detail during the process. My wife and I love our new doors, and we will be coming back to have our windows…
Installation and final touch ups were great both guys that came out did a great job the only problem was with transit times of gettting the items delivered from the manufacturer but then again transportation has been a problem for every company since october
Both Holly and Colby have been great to work with. Very professional and reasonable prices for high quality products. Update: doors installed today and Josh and Gary did a great job! Would definitely recommend
The door and the screen door are beautiful and make my house look like a designers house. The installers Josh and Gary were very professional and answered all my questions. They did a fantastic job. They were a joy to have in my house. They left my house cleaner than before they started. Everyone at this…
We ordered a new front door for our residence in AZ. Customer service was fabulous from ordering the door to the final installation process. I would highly recommend Arizona Window & Door for your windows or door needs!!
I looked at a lot of companies and read a lot of reviews. This company stood out with prompt response and professionalism. After recovering from my initial sticker shock of over $1500 higher than some other quotes I got, I decided to use AWDS because I wanted the job done right. Big disappointment and I think the…
All the employees Dameon(sales), Frankie and Eddie’s work crews were amazing and professional. I had 23 windows replaced and they did an amazing job. The work crews all showed up every day on time and treated my house like their own. They kept everything clean during the job. They all had great sense of humor and…
I needed to update a sliding glass door and talked to a few companies for quotes. From the beginning, having Randy come out and provide a quote was way more comfortable and easy than others. No pressure, no classic sales pitch. It was exactly what I was looking for and and customized to my needs. The door was…
We had all our windows and 3 sliding glass doors replaced and were very impressed with AZ Window and Door Store.
