UPDATED 2/2/26 I had the pleasure of working with Brad Penner to set up my house with new windows, slider, and front doors. His approach with everything was spot on. Professional, on time, and truly listened to what I was looking for. No high pressure/ shady tactics. Just a very knowledgeable person about what he…
Chris was very friendly and up front through the whole process! He did an excellent job of explaining our options and providing recommendations without being pushy. This was our second time using The Window & Door Store and I’d call them again in a heartbeat for any future needs.
February 2026. The job has still never been completed. Window still don’t close correctly.. and nobody at the company appears to care. Update 3+ years later- They still haven’t completed the job. Worst company ever. Installation began in December and its now June and the work still isn’t done. In fact…
We got 15 Anlin Window windows installed throughout our home and couldn't be happier! We actually started considering windows over a year ago, but weren't ready to pull the trigger at the time. Brad was super respectful of that and wasn't pushy at all. When we were ready to circle back to this, we reached out to him…
David and his crew were awesome. To be fair, everyone on every crew went above and beyond to earn each star but there were too many names to remember! The new windows took 20 years off and our house looks like new. Their attention to detail at every stage from demo to install to clean up was a delightful surprise!
Chris Fout is a very good salesman, explains everything very well. Very respectful and very knowledgeable too
Chris did a great job designing and upgrading the windows in my house. He is very patient and was wonderful to work with!
Chris was very courteous and professional. He did what ever he could to help us get what we wanted. Thank you Chris.
The Window and Door Stores Brad Penner went above and beyond to explain the work that would be done and assist us with getting approval from our HOA. Thank you for all your help Brad.
Chris was fantastic, he was very professional in every way. He certainly knows his product and gave us many good tips!! Thanks, Chris
This review is for Brad Penner at AZ Window Door Store. I was looking to replace 19 windows and 2 doors and evaluated three different companies for this project. Brad showed me the different types of windows and glass and helped me make the right decision for each of the windows/doors to buy. He explained and…
Chris gave an awesome presentation answering all my questions/concerns. The price was reasonable and we are looking forward to the new windows. The only drawback so far has been the delivery date which is a tad bit longer than I expected.
Jason Rocks! Upfront honest always on time!
We worked with Brad Penner at Arizona Window and Door Store and couldn’t be happier. He was polite, on time, and very thorough. Brad explained everything clearly and realistically, and even after we signed the contract and made changes, he quickly pivoted to accommodate us and got it done. What impressed us most…
Excellent service and craftsmanship
This company continues to amaze me! We got all of our windows and doors replaced by them in 2021 and the customer service just continues to be stellar. They have gone above and beyond after the fact to continue taking care of our needs. When we repainted our house and wanted to match the caulking color they used…
What an awesome company. The window installers (Jason & Jacob) were very professional, polite & friendly. They were meticulous with their work. From the initial visit at the showroom with Dan, Kyle who did the measurements, the installers Jason& Jacob & Tiffani our contact person, our experience was very positive & we will recommend them to anyone.
Brandon was super helpful in quotes for my windows and door. Super nice guy to work with, and they sell a quality product.
Update: My windows have just been installed and I absolutely love them - inside & out! Not only are the windows well made and framed out beautifully, the installers did such a spectacular job. (Shout out to the installers, Jason & Jacob Castillo - thank you both!!) The overall experience with AZ Windows & Doors…
Working with Dan of Arizona Window and Door Store was a pleasure and after getting quotes from others we choose this company for the value and ease of working with a very professional and responsive company.
