UPDATED 2/2/26 I had the pleasure of working with Brad Penner to set up my house with new windows, slider, and front doors. His approach with everything was spot on. Professional, on time, and truly listened to what I was looking for. No high pressure/ shady tactics. Just a very knowledgeable person about what he…
February 2026. The job has still never been completed. Window still don’t close correctly.. and nobody at the company appears to care. Update 3+ years later- They still haven’t completed the job. Worst company ever. Installation began in December and its now June and the work still isn’t done. In fact…
Installation was quick and professional. Love the new doors and was very impressed with the staff and the work they did! Would definitely use this company again in the future!
David and his crew were awesome. To be fair, everyone on every crew went above and beyond to earn each star but there were too many names to remember! The new windows took 20 years off and our house looks like new. Their attention to detail at every stage from demo to install to clean up was a delightful surprise!
We just love our new door and so do our dogs. Everything aspect of the experience was extremely positive. Joe Pucci our salesman was so knowledgeable and helpful the whole process. Cannot compliment the installers enough on their professionalism. What an outstanding crew. Then the cherry on top was they cleaned up…

We are appreciative for Chris and AZ Window and Door Store. They are the experts in this business and that’s what you want when it comes to security and safety for the doors on your house!
Had a chance to walk through purchasing new windows with Chris today and he made the estimate and purchase process so easy and provided us multiple payment options. We're excited to get our new windows installed and appreciate thr high level of customer service he provided. Thanks team.
This review is for Brad Penner at AZ Window Door Store. I was looking to replace 19 windows and 2 doors and evaluated three different companies for this project. Brad showed me the different types of windows and glass and helped me make the right decision for each of the windows/doors to buy. He explained and…
It was a pleasure working with Daniel, and Jason and his team did a fantastic job with the installation of my new sliding door. This is my second time working with this company and will continue to use them in the future. They really care about quality and customer service.
Josh showed up within the promised start time. He prepped the area, covering my furniture so it wouldn't get dirty during install. He installed a new patio door for me. It was a longer job than I expected (6 hours) but he did a great, professional job. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them
This company continues to amaze me! We got all of our windows and doors replaced by them in 2021 and the customer service just continues to be stellar. They have gone above and beyond after the fact to continue taking care of our needs. When we repainted our house and wanted to match the caulking color they used…
Absolutely outstanding service, on time, professional and courteous.
Great experience. He took the time to explain the whole project so that I could understand what the project entailed. Priced the project out with a few different options for me. Very professional.
Doing business with Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable and organized. He brought great insight into design and options for my home. I can’t wait for the efficiency of my new windows and how great they will look with all of Brandon’s options. Thanks so much!

Jim has been supportive and…
I'm so glad I called this company I don't like salesman and I don't like the fact that they don't interact with you on a personal basis they are usually so to the script and pushy. The only thing AW&D store is consistent at is inconsistency. The sales staff talked me out of a door because of the lead time. The door I got took as long as the the door I wanted was estimated. Then the project coordinator asked me to communicate with county for permits because they were incapable. Then the door…

I called to schedule an estimate and was given an appointment the following day. Stephan Eckel came out and spent hours going over my many options, sharing his knowledge and guiding my choices. Brandon Scott came out and measured my windows, and explained the products they offered and demonstrated their features. Steve explained everything in great detail including physical examples of the different hardware and glass choices, and the science regarding each option. I would highly recommend AZ Window & Door Store.
I have enjoyed doing business with this company. Starting with Brad, the rep who came to our home and made a presentation. He asked great questions, listened to our answers and presented on the merit of their product. Unlike some other presentations, he did not bad mouth other companies. He did not try to close the…

I wanted to say what an awesome team I had in relations to the installers that came this past week. They then said their goal was to have all the windows (15…

The service from beginning to end was phenomenal will definitely be using this company again. The service man Jesse was probably the best experience we have had when it comes to getting work done. Will request him for any future jobs we get done.
