UPDATED 2/2/26 I had the pleasure of working with Brad Penner to set up my house with new windows, slider, and front doors. His approach with everything was spot on. Professional, on time, and truly listened to what I was looking for. No high pressure/ shady tactics. Just a very knowledgeable person about what he…
We had a great experience from entering the Scottsdale showroom to view the different window vendors they carry, scheduling an in-home appointment where we met Brad Penner. He took as much time as was needed to help answer any & all questions during our appointment. Since we already had 2 other window companies at…
This company continues to amaze me! We got all of our windows and doors replaced by them in 2021 and the customer service just continues to be stellar. They have gone above and beyond after the fact to continue taking care of our needs. When we repainted our house and wanted to match the caulking color they used…
Brandon was super helpful in quotes for my windows and door. Super nice guy to work with, and they sell a quality product.

My sales rep Jim with The Arizona Window and Door store in Scottsdale, Was very helpful, timely, professional and service orientated I didn’t feel like I was being “sold”, instead he helped me decide the BEST for me, my home and my budget. His knowledge of all products AZ Window and Door was impressive since he has…
I called to schedule an estimate and was given an appointment the following day. Stephan Eckel came out and spent hours going over my many options, sharing his knowledge and guiding my choices. He wasn’t pushy, but was clear about the many options He even pointed out a few that helped save money on windows and…
Brandon Scott came out and measured my windows, and explained the products they offered and demonstrated their features. I was impressed with the quality and small details that make a difference in the long run. Brandon obviously knows his products and applications. He did a professional presentation and no high pressure sales tactics
Lacey, Casey and Rob are first rate. Their work and service are exemplary! I have referred them to my friends.
Jim was amazing! As first time window buyers, he was very thorough and answered all of our questions. Jim gave us honest truth and opinions about all the little nuances that go into windows. He was also accommodating to our changing schedule as well as our dog when he came to visit. I would highly recommend Jim to family, friends, or anyone at all!
Great experience with The Window & Door Company. From start to finish I've been very happy with everyone I worked with. My salesman, Mark was helpful and responsive. I never felt pressured. The installers, Ivan, Yaddiel, and Elvis, were phenomenal. I couldn't have been happier with their work. I'm enjoying my 17…
I have enjoyed doing business with this company. Starting with Brad, the rep who came to our home and made a presentation. He asked great questions, listened to our answers and presented on the merit of their product. Unlike some other presentations, he did not bad mouth other companies. He did not try to close the…
Outstanding service plus professional knowledge from our AZ Windows & Doors sales representative, Brandon Scott. They also provide extremely good overall costs! We will recommend them in future.
The AZ window and door store crew starting with Mark doing the initial presentation to the installation crew were phenomenal . Daniel and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the installation was flawless. They also did some extra trim work that they were not contracted out to do! Excellent job guys!! Thanks for a job well done!
The windows have been ordered so the actual installation hasn’t taken place yet. However, during the consultation at my home Jim was pleasant, professional, and thorough. Having met with multiple window companies I felt the window and door store had a quality product. Jim was great explaining the materials used…
We had AZ Window and Doors, Renewal by Anderson and Lifetime Window provide us bids. Brad from AZ Windows was awesome. He listened to our every request and provided all options, NOT just the most expensive option like Anderson and Lifetime provided. Personable, honest, and my wife and I truly felt Brad put our…
Steve Kosac was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and never once put pressure on me to go forward with the purchase. He followed up as needed and answered all my questions. I spent several weeks interviewing about a dozen different window replacement companies and could not find better pricing and quality. If…
After weeks of shopping around, speaking with several companies, and numerous home visits, Vinny Summo from AZ Window & Door sold me on my windows and door replacement! Many of the companies I spoke/ met with were either not forthcoming with information/ pricing or were very aggressive in their sales. Vinny met with…
