We are thrilled with our new back door! It brought the outside in to our home and opened up the space beautifully. The entire experience was so seamless. Daniel and the folks at the Window & Door Store were a pleasure to work with. We purchased our 2nd slider from Daniel and once again we are super pleased with the results. The installation and stucco was quick & clean and professionally done. I highly recommend you check them for your window & door needs!
Chris Fout was absolutely amazing. He went over every detail and answered every question we had. Chris didn’t pressure us into anything and we are very happy with our decision to purchase our new sliding door.
Mark Sander was an outstanding person to work with. He is very professional and goes above and beyond what any professional I’ve experienced has done. Definitely ask for Mark! 👍
UPDATED 2/2/26 I had the pleasure of working with Brad Penner to set up my house with new windows, slider, and front doors. His approach with everything was spot on. Awesome service. Very professional all around. Thank you Jim Walsh!
Wow, this place is spectacular. Dan G. came over and personally walked me through the options. Followed up and delivered on everything they promised. The crew that did the install was great. Very fast and very efficient. Would recommend 10/10.
We had to get our back door replaced and wanted to go with a quality option. We really wanted to get french doors but they weren't our budget (once you had windows with blinds inside it gets expensive) Our sales rep. Chris, was honest, fun and helpful. We ended up getting a sliding glass door. The Quality is…
Chris was very friendly and up front through the whole process! He did an excellent job of explaining our options and providing recommendations without being pushy. This was our second time using The Window & Door Store and I’d call them again in a heartbeat for any future needs.
We recently completed a window installation project that had more challenges than expected. There were several issues during the process, and it was certainly frustrating at times. However, the experience changed significantly once I reached out directly to the owner. He was receptive, calm, and fully engaged in…
February 2026. The job has still never been completed. Window still don’t close correctly.. and nobody at the company appears to care. Update 3+ years later- They still haven’t completed the job. Worst company ever. Installation began in December and its now June and the work still isn’t done. In fact…
With regards to the Installation of my Anlin windows that utilize the Cardinal Glass and IG Units. Friday I had the pleasure of meeting Derek and Sean from Arizona Window and Door Co.. Excellent customer service
Chris Fout was awesome. I have a better understanding of what the install means. He was thorough and answered all of our questions. Very knowledgeable about his product, and transparent. I will definitely set a plan to move forward with Chris in the next few months as we start to address our windows and glass door.
Chris did a great job designing and upgrading the windows in my house. He is very patient and was wonderful to work with!
This review is for Brad Penner at AZ Window Door Store. I was looking to replace 19 windows and 2 doors and evaluated three different companies for this project. This company continues to amaze me! We got all of our windows and doors replaced by them in 2021 and the customer service just continues to be stellar. Their sales rep Daniel Gordon was great and really helped educate me about windows, warranties and the process. He was prompt, professional and very responsive during the sales process. The windows and doors aren’t yet installed, but so far they have been great to work with.
I called to schedule an estimate and was given an appointment the following day. Stephan Eckel came out and spent hours going over my many options, sharing his knowledge and guiding my choices. Scotty couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. The windows were exactly what what we wanted and make such a difference in the summer.
I had Joseph come by a few months ago for a door and window quote for an addition we are building and it was one of the best experiences I have had with a sales agent for a house project. Very personable and knows his stuff making the overall quote and booking process an absolute pleasure. Install just got complete…
Incredible service from start to finish. I dealt with Brad when choosing windows, he was so knowledgeable and gave great affordable options. Then Ivan’s crew installed them and they were clean, tidy, professional and had my 8 windows installed in a morning. It was a seem-less service from start to finish. I am so glad I chose them.
Jim was amazing! As first time window buyers, he was very thorough and answered all of our questions. Jim gave us honest truth and opinions about all the little nuances that go into windows. He was also accommodating to our changing schedule as well as our dog when he came to visit. I would highly recommend Jim to family, friends, or anyone at all!

I have enjoyed doing business with this company. Starting with Brad, the rep who came to our home and made a presentation. The AZ window and door store crew starting with Mark doing the initial presentation to the installation crew were phenomenal . Daniel and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the installation was flawless. They also did some extra trim work that they were not contracted out to do! Excellent job guys!! Thanks for a job well done!

This review is simply of the sales experience so far, I'll update it once windows are installed. After having a few high pressure sales calls from other installers in the valley, Brad (Penner) was a breath of fresh air as he simply walked us through the process and explained the pros and cons of all the decisions.…
Horrible experience. Been months and months. Project not finished. Store stopped responding. I am currently out tens of thousands of dollars in “deposit money” … what a scam. Guess they used to be legit. Read other negative similar reviews.
I contacted the Arizona Window & Door Store to have someone come and look at my window project. They sent one of their design consultants to look at the project. Arizona Window & Door Store is the best! I called up to have someone come and look at my windows and the next day they sent Jim over. I dealt with Mike Holland for the estimates. We came to a fair price and he came back to talk when measurements were done. The installers I had were great. I have cats and they helped work around them and the work was beautiful. I recommend this company!
Michael Holland did an excellent job of explaining how the company works and guarantees the work done. Mike stayed in touch through the whole process of making sure things moved along. He is a great asset to his company.
Very professional company. Windows arrived on time, amazing install crew. Had an issue with one of the windows. It was taken care of within three hours of the completed install. Windows are of very high quality and really outstanding customer service.
If every business could have the same reliability, work ethic and quality as Arizona Window and Door Store, the world would be a better place. Just wow! I couldn’t be happier with the AZ Window and Door experience. I met with 5 companies for my window and entry door replacement project. ALL I can say about AZ Window & Door Store is THANK YOU and I owe it to my sales man: Brad P. He finally allowed me to restore my faith in man kind. AZ Window & Door Store far exceeded my expectations in their work and in the value of their product. Jesse is a true professional craftsman in every sense of the word. He is a perfectionist with his work product of Old School Quality not frequently encountered these days.
Great company!

My window got broken by a golf ball. The technician who installed the new one was very nice and efficient . He did the job in a short period of time. He even helped in clearing the area by the window .great job.
Both the gentleman that came out today to adjust the front door and fill in the foam on one of the doors the remainder of the way and the three gentlemen that came out to do the initial installs were all very nice, professional and on time. All of them were fun to chat with and attentive to any concerns I had. I enjoyed working with them all.
Overall we are very happy with the quality of windows installed, friendly service and responsiveness. There were some caulking issues that needed to be redone, and some scheduling issues, so thus the 4 star instead of a 5 star rating. Jessie was the technician that came out to redo the caulking, and he was…
