We’ve been very satisfied with Armstrong over the last few years and they have always made it easy to schedule our routine service and any service calls or repairs. Tami is wonderful and so personal in her approach! Unfortunately this new AI answering service they have implemented is awful. I sincerely hope they don’t intend to keep replacing the humans who provide such great customer service. If it was my first time calling them and I didn’t already have a service contract, I’d go elsewhere because of this.

Alex Muniz came to do my 6 month maintenance check yesterday and he did a wonderful job: he called to tell me that he was able to come a little early, he was completely friendly and professional, and he took the time to explain all the elements that he examined, including the one that was not entirely up to par. He made sure to wear his shoe covers every time he entered my home and I really appreciated that. I know he took his time to inspect everything and I appreciate that great service!
