I had a great experience with Mikhail from Armstrong AC in Orlando, FL! He was very nice, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions, and was very helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was taken care of and got the job done…
Update: it’s been weeks since this original review and I’m still waiting to close out the permit on this job and still have issues that remain unremedied with no end in sight. Absolute worst AC company I have ever dealt with. We have been doing an install at a remodel job for years now, and after many setbacks I…
One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had! He was incredibly thorough, kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everything was handled properly. It’s rare to receive this level of genuine care and professionalism. Absolutely five-star service, and I would highly recommend him!
Great work today
Called Armstrong and worked with Chad to get a new unit installed at my residence. Fantastic communication and quick turnaround. Kellen and Devon helped out with the install and got the entire unit replaced in a day. Had an awesome experience!
The tech was very polite and very informative and made sure before he left to answer any questions I had
Have been using Armstrong for the past 5 1/2 years. We recently replaced the entire HVAC system, in & out. We couldn't be more pleased with our technicians, Devin Bajnath and Kellen Lyons. Both gentlemen were highly professional & courteous. Once the Big Boss reads this, I say give these workers a nice raise or…
Armstrong recently replaced two HVAC units for me and relocated both air handlers from inside the home to the garage and installed all new ductwork throughout the house. From start to finish, their team did an outstanding job. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process, kept me informed every step of…
Todd was my sales contact. He was honest, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him. The technicians were Anthony & Carlos and they were prompt, professional, experienced and had great attitudes. They cleaned up well, explained everything they did, gave instructions for the care of the unit and…
Javier and Yandy were the two Armstrong AC installers that replaced my residential HVAC system. They exceeded all expectations and performed a immaculate job with the install. Both were hard workers in their skills, very personable and kept me updated throughout the entire project. Overall great experience and the…
Yandy is the best! Hard working! He knows what he’s doing, professional, worked without wasting any time, documented everything, highly experienced! Bravo to Yandy and his teammates!!
This was by far the most productive a/c service experience that I have ever had. Serge was our tech... we had a pre-existing issue that no one could solve or repair since we had the house built. The bottom floor unit never worked right and I couldn't get a tech to find the problem. It's been a year and a half now...…
We are beyond satisfied with the install of our brand new AC unit! Yandy and Javier were absolutely phenomenal installation techs and Austin Armstrong seamlessly guided us through the process. 5 stars hands down! Referring them to everyone I know who needs AC and electric service.
Mikhail is the best tech at Armstrong - he goes above & beyond at his job. We are grateful to have involved with keeping our community clubhouse HVAC at its best. Thanks Mikhail !
Chad showed up on time. He provided a maintenance check up and advised me how to maintain my A/C unit. It was a pleasant experience.
They did a wonderful job. Anthony and Alex were our installers. They were prompt, very polite and skilled. I highly recommend Armstrong!
From the first initial meeting and walk through to installation was a fantastic experience! We had 4 commercial AC units replaced on our roof and they did an outstanding job. Todd O'Neill was very professional, knowledgeable, and there every step of the way...he and his whole team worked like a well oiled machine!!…
I have to say, this family own local business has been very accommodating their customers with a plenty of personal experiences I've had with these guys. I suffered 3mos back in spring as the old HVAC was coming to end of service and life. The replacement of both the air handler and exterior condenser estimate quote…
I wanted to let everyone know how Amazing Armstrong Air is. My Unit went out today (After 5pm) and I made a quick call to the after hours service. After leaving a message within 5 minutes Jose Palomino called me back. He was Extremely patient and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure and help me feel at peace…
Response time ran later than expected. Thermostat apparently went out. Even though it was under warranty I had to buy a new one(75$ thermostat and payed 230$ for it) and then had to pay the call fee and labor hours. On top of that, I got a lower performing thermostat than the previous, I was told I would have to…
We have a house with zoned A/C and both of the units were struggling because of age (15/yrs +). Due to the expense of replacing a system we did one unit with a different company with plans to replace the second unit the following year. During that time the first company had dissolved and was under a new name. The…
We had the privilege of experiencing absolutely exceptional service from Tom Hyatt of Armstrong Air Conditioning & Heating. We are thrilled to share our overwhelmingly positive experience; Tom and his team of installers Sam & Lemuel went above and beyond any of our expectations. We don't say this lightly; as…
We had our ac replaced by Armstrong and they are the best priced/ professional and knowledgeable compare to all the other central Florida ac company. The two technicians Sam and Lemuel were GREAT!!! They were on time, efficient and made sure they explained everything they did, warranty and advised on how to make…
Great reliable service service tech was able to answer all my questions had my AC running in no time. Would recommend Armstrong air & heating to anybody. Very competitive pricing.
Armstrong came here today at 930 am to replace two units and were done by 330 pm. Lemuel, Carlos, Sam and Anthony were all very professional and did a fantastic job! Highly impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. Would definitely recommend Armstrong to anyone needing AC work done!
Armstrong Air and Electric is absolutely the best company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great quality, great value, and great customer service! They have people working for them that really know what they are doing! This whole process was so simple and I would like to express my gratitude…
We have been customers of Armstrong since 1999. From day one, customer service has been excellent! We recently worked with Tom Hyatt, Director of Sales and Marketing. Tom worked diligently to find us a compatible Carrier A/C which was delivered and installed in just a few days. Tom is a tremendous asset to Armstrong…
Very happy with my service today; thank you Joseph P for doing a great job; keep up the great work.
Just had a new heat pump installed by Anthony and Carlos. I couldn't be happier with their service and the quality of their work. Highly recommended.
Great new system install job done in 1 day. Sam and the team were professional and courteous. And they helped me connect my thermostat to wi fi so I could use the app. Great work overall...
Armstrong is a really great HVAC heating/cooling system!! Giovanni came to do our Rebalance on our cooling system. He did a spectacular job and explained everything as he did it. Wonderful service! Thank you, Armstrong! Edit: Today, Dylan Bober came out to fix something through warranty and he really was…
I've used Armstrong Air in past, have referred others as result of my extreme satisfaction, and just yesterday needed their services again when our upstairs unit stopped cooling. Scheduled the appointment with short notice (in August no less), and Technician was actually early and called before arriving.…
This company installed very poorly performing and lasting AC's in our entire community, especially the coils. Their installs have been criticized by over 7 other HVAC companies as something that should not happen in their industry. They all agree they've hardly seen worse in such new homes.
Thus far, it has been a smooth and worry free experience. After reviewing the four different estimates, we went with Armstrong. Todd O'Neill, the sales person, was very informative, pleasant, and professional. We felt that he wasn't talking down to us but explaining everything to us in a way so we can make an…
Mr Tom Hyatt gave me a great value on a Carrier HVAC system and his incredible installation team head up by Mr Samuel Jenkins and Javier Grizales. Mr Samuel went above and beyond to try to meet my expectations. He is very professional and helpful. Great group of guys - I highly recommended this place.
Juan was very professional and efficient. He replaced our smoke detectors and a ceiling fan. I would highly recommend him and Armstrong!
Tom has given me one of the best price for a new AC among 4 other companies in the area I had reached out to. And he got the system installed within 48h! They did replace all the old parts, exactly as it was promised to me, and installed the new system, inside and outside in about 6h. Very satisfied so far!
Giovanni was very knowledgeable about the HVAC system. He explained everything to us so we could understand and made recommendations. I would use Armstrong again and be glad to have Gio work with us again Javier and Sam were amazing. The installation of my new system was flawless and very professional. They were…
I contacted John from Armstrongs Electrical division, to run wiring to my new pool house and install lights and a new hot tub, John was great provided a very competitive bid, showed up when they said they said they would and did a great job, there electricians were knowledgeable and easy to work with, went above and…
Needed new unit- Tom came over and quickly gave me an estimate- for install in same week! Even pointed out I was eligible for military discount ❤️. Guys showed up at 8 am (sigh!) and were quick and efficient. Tom stayed in touch and made sure everything ran smoothly. Very pleased with this experience and would use them again! Thank you all so much!
