We do want to clarify that Armz Plumbing uses flat-rate/project pricing, not hourly billing. The price for this work was provided and approved in a signed proposal before the work was completed. Because our pricing is based on the scope of the project rather than the number of hours spent on-site, we do not provide an itemized breakdown of labor hours and individual material costs.
In this case, two highly experienced plumbers were able to complete the work in approximately four hours. Their experience and efficiency allowed the project to be completed correctly and in a timely manner. Completing a job efficiently does not change the agreed-upon project price, just as a job taking longer than anticipated would not result in additional hourly labor charges beyond the approved scope.
We appreciate your business and are pleased that you were satisfied with the quality of the work. We hope this helps clarify how our pricing works.

We called Armz Plumbing in the morning to hook up a dishwasher that the delivery company was unable to install. They were at our house that same afternoon and did a fantastic job.
