Excellent & fast tuning work on a newish piano that had fallen quite a bit out of tune after monsoon season. Efficient, on time, & explained anything I was interested in. Did extra work to fix a glitch with my sustain pedal. Having Isaac back in 3 months. Will continue with him going forward.

It's such a joy to play my piano after Issac's great tuning job! Really happy with Arolla Piano Co. Next time I need to get my piano tuned, they're the company that I will utilize. Top notch service.
Excellent piano tuning and care from Arolla Piano Co. Have had Isaac tune my 2 pianos for about 4 years now, and one is a 100+ year old Sohmer baby grand that needed quite a bit of work. It sounds beautiful now. The other is a 74 year old Story and Clark upright which I had been told by a previous tuner that it…
Isaac did outstanding work. My instrument had not been tuned in some time, but after Isaac worked on it, it has never sounded better. It was a complicated job, but he walked me through all the issues and gave helpful maintenance advice. Highly recommended!

It sounds beautiful now. The other is a 74 year old Story and Clark upright which I had been told by a previous tuner that it could not be tuned to sound good. But that all changed when Isaac started taking care of it - it also sounds beautiful now. Highly recommend Arolla Piano Co!

Isaac of Arolla Piano Company did a fantastic job tuning our VERY out-of-tune piano. He was very friendly, professional, and non-judgmental, and our piano sounds good as new. We are actually playing it again and kicking ourselves for not having found Arolla sooner.
Isaac did an amazing job with my piano! It hadn’t been tuned in YEARS, and the sustain pedal hadn’t worked for as long as I could remember, and he got it all fixed up in only 2 hours. Amazing service, and I only want to use Arolla Piano from now on!
Both Isaac and Matthew have worked on our pianos and have done amazing work. The pianos always sound great and we really appreciate their excellent communication and thoughtful problem solving on our older piano.
