Great customer service
The folks at Arrow Exterminators are a pleasure to work with. They are prompt, thorough, polite!
Eugene Rittenberry is the best. He has been spraying our house for years and always lets us know when he plans to come and works around our schedule if need be. Great company and great service!
I was very happy with my service done by Josh. I felt comfortable with him in my home and trust him going forward. He made sure the service was done right the first time!
Arrow stands on their promise and follows up and follows through! They respect my hours, arrive on time as promised or calls in advance if there is a possible conflict that may have arisen! Josh is an outstanding representative and technician for your company, he answers all questions and explains what he is…
The office staff is incredibly nice and helpful! My technician is always personable and respectful of my home. The staff is really well trained and it is clear that they enjoy what they do and teaching homeowners what to look out for, as well as tips and tricks to keep the bugs away. Thank you guys so much for all…
Always friendly and professional service. No bug issues since we have been using them (at 2 different homes now).
I had issues with my last service and was going to give them another shot because the services until then had been fine. I started having a really bad pest problem and called to have them come address it, but it’s been three days and they still haven’t called me back to set up an appointment. Obviously don’t care about their clients.
Good service and friendly, knowledgeable technician
