I don’t think I’ve ever felt this cared for by a utility company, but Pam has provided such excellent customer service and support as we on board after buying a new home. Thank you!

Customer service is nice, and trash collecting is a very difficult job and I appreciate all the hard working people at Arrow. During pre-dawn collection however, the apartment doors are allowed to slam shut hard enough to shake my bedroom floor. If they were just a little more careful, my disability wouldnt be…

Customer service is nice, and trash collecting is a very difficult job and I appreciate all the hard working people at Arrow. Loud, banging noises are very hard on me and my health. Myself, my landlord and my advocates have all reached out with no result.
