Dana(and so far, their customer service as a whole) has been super helpful in helping me as a new customer navigate through and make changes to my service. Dana is not the only person I worked with who was fabulous, but I did not catch the other 2 employees' names. Sorry other 2 people!

Derek Cooper is our manager and very responsive to our high needs here at Derby Slabtown. Their prices for furniture/general junk removal are completely reasonable as well. We recommend them and appreciate their drivers, who also take extra time to take care of overflow and reporting of issues so that we can address it quickly. Thank you!

I'm a property manager and we use Arrow for several of my buildings' trash service. Lexi is our customer service rep, and I have loved working with her! Whenever there is an issue, she's very professional and courteous - we've even had a good laugh about some situations together. Highly recommend!
