Jessica Worden Did an excellent job getting the information I needed for cleanup of my house in Gresham. She was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company if you need extra help.

Dana did a wonderful job explaining to me what I needed to do to have my rug picked up. She also told me about the app and all the information I could get through it. She is always pleasant and friendly.

I'm super happy with Arrow. Whenever I call to request that they pick up some extra stuff, like an old trash can or cat scratcher, I always talk to Christina and she's the best. Always very helpful and nice.

Arrow sanitary is a excellent company. They service our condo association and always take care of us. Called today because our bill got mixed up and Dana Smith was super helpful and resolved the issue . Would highly recommend them if you can use them . Thank you

Our garbage can got skipped this morning for pickup and I was very stressed! However, I called and Christina was extremely helpful and professional. She was able to schedule our garbage to be picked up tomorrow morning and apologized for the inconvenience. Thanks Christina!

Deann helped me over the phone on 8/9/21. I have not had such good customer service in a long time! She got my billing issue resolved and made everything I was confused about easy to understand. I hung up extremely pleased to know that I was not being over-charged. I hope all of that companies employees treat their customers this well.

I spoke with Dana Smith about getting a 40 yard drop box for yard and garbage clean up. She explained all the details and cost for the service. We ended up using 2 drop box's the job. Dana was super helpful answering all my questions.

Derek Cooper is our manager and very responsive to our high needs here at Derby Slabtown. Their prices for furniture/general junk removal are completely reasonable as well. We recommend them and appreciate their drivers, who also take extra time to take care of overflow and reporting of issues so that we can address it quickly. Thank you!
