My initial call with Savannah was fantastic. She was friendly and answered my questions, got everything set up very quickly. I called back with questions and Christina helped me and was also super friendly and helpful. Kudos to both phone agents. The pick up and service is great as well!

We've had service with Arrow Sanitary for over 1.5 years and every interaction with customer service has been more than positive! Dana was especially a delight in helping me with log in issues and adjusting our service schedule...always so refreshing to interact with friendly customer service on the phone!

I called from out of state to have our service canceled due to a death in the family. Dana was professional, caring, and kind. She took care of everything and made the process enjoyable. It is hard to find such stellar service these days. Dana, you are appreciated!

Dana(and so far, their customer service as a whole) has been super helpful in helping me as a new customer navigate through and make changes to my service. Dana is not the only person I worked with who was fabulous, but I did not catch the other 2 employees' names. Sorry other 2 people!

Really hard to get in contact with - didn't respond to request through their website and took half an hour on hold to get through on phone. That being said, they were very kind and helpful once I managed to get through. I just wish they had a better system for contacting them such as the ability to request a callback .

Talked with a young lady named Dana so sweet and helpful. I have had several problems not with Arrow but with me. Getting the hang of what goes where in the different bins. I spoke with Melody this morning with questions re glass pickup. She was a very welcome ultimate customer service agent to speak with. She fully explained everything to me re the pickup and we should be receiving our yellow tote tomorrow. Thank you again Melody!

Last Friday, my driver took all of my extra trash that was carried over from the prior week when it snowed. I’m grateful how my additional container was placed off the street and near the driveway, making my retrieval that much easier.

My recycling driver is AWSOME! I try to take all my drivers coffee on cold mornings and waters during the summer.

This company and its workers have been wonderful!!

The Arrow Sanitary Service driver that services our neighborhood (NE Everett St) is always very helpful and friendly answering our questions. The front office has also been responsive and friendly on the occasional calls we’ve made.
