ARROW SANITARY SERVICE

I don’t think I’ve ever felt this cared for by a utility company, but Pam has provided such excellent customer service and support as we on board after buying a new home. Thank you!

Our pick up guy is really pleasant. I got to speak with him a few times and he accommodates anything we need. If anything falls on the ground, he picks it up himself and thats a rarity. I've seen some guys look right at it as if it's going into the truck by itself. Our guy is a man of integrity.

I just moved into my new home in Gresham and didn't receive my garbage containers yet. When I called to have them delivered in time for garbage disposal, I spoke with Dana and she is the most amazing person in time for need. She is patient, understanding and above all very dedicated to her jobs and clients. Thank you, Dana!

I called from out of state to have our service canceled due to a death in the family. Dana was professional, caring, and kind. She took care of everything and made the process enjoyable. It is hard to find such stellar service these days. Dana, you are appreciated!

Dana(and so far, their customer service as a whole) has been super helpful in helping me as a new customer navigate through and make changes to my service. Dana is not the only person I worked with who was fabulous, but I did not catch the other 2 employees' names. Sorry other 2 people!

The service for my elderly mother is wonderful. Arrow goes out of their way to bring her "cans" down a steep driveway and brings it back up. Christina i wonderful to work with. So thankful for their service!!!!

My recycling driver is AWSOME! I try to take all my drivers coffee on cold mornings and waters during the summer.

Just had occasion to get some billing help from Dana. She was a great help and answered all of my questions.

Jessica Worden was amazing! She answered all my questions and showed me great customer service!! She is awesome!

I was having difficulty understanding the new billing (my online account) , I called and April Sappington very kindly reviewed my account and emailed me with instructions. I was very pleased with the kindness and having clear instructions to correct the problem that I was having.

Always warm and friendly interactions with anyone associated with them. I’ve never had difficulty getting an extra pick up scheduled (we’re once a month garbage pick up). Their app calendar is also a bonus.

I am the Personal Representative for my Dad's Estate. Both Melody Herbert and Jessica Worden were very helpful in getting me the details on how to get his account reinstated and in ordering a dropbox to be delivered. Both were very friendly and professional and helped me get the account situated quickly.

Melody was a Rockstar with getting me setup on a new service. I went into the experience with a positive attitude, excited for what was to come but whoa! Had a quick question about my service schedule. Only two automation questions, no wait, and then I spoke with Jessica! She was professional and friendly in answering my question. She even discovered my name was spelled wrong and fixed it. I wish all conversations with service providers were this easy!
