ARROW SANITARY SERVICE

Our pick up guy is really pleasant. I got to speak with him a few times and he accommodates anything we need. If anything falls on the ground, he picks it up himself and thats a rarity. I've seen some guys look right at it as if it's going into the truck by itself. Our guy is a man of integrity.

Dana was a pleasure to work with setting up my service. Full of valuable information.

Friendly drivers, always great service. App gives accurate timely info about changes in pickup days.

Not very effective for a waste removal company, can't seem to follow there own schedule they send out

Christina at customer service was exceptionally helpful and professional.

The service for my elderly mother is wonderful. Arrow goes out of their way to bring her "cans" down a steep driveway and brings it back up. Christina i wonderful to work with. So thankful for their service!!!!

My recycling driver is AWSOME! I try to take all my drivers coffee on cold mornings and waters during the summer.

Just had occasion to get some billing help from Dana. She was a great help and answered all of my questions.

I'm super happy with Arrow. Whenever I call to request that they pick up some extra stuff, like an old trash can or cat scratcher, I always talk to Christina and she's the best. Always very helpful and nice.

Always warm and friendly interactions with anyone associated with them. I’ve never had difficulty getting an extra pick up scheduled (we’re once a month garbage pick up). Their app calendar is also a bonus.

Christina helped set up trash service at my new home. She was thorough, professional, walked through everything with patience and grace. Thank you!
