Our pick up guy is really pleasant. I got to speak with him a few times and he accommodates anything we need. If anything falls on the ground, he picks it up himself and thats a rarity. I've seen some guys look right at it as if it's going into the truck by itself. Our guy is a man of integrity.

I'm super happy with Arrow. Whenever I call to request that they pick up some extra stuff, like an old trash can or cat scratcher, I always talk to Christina and she's the best. Always very helpful and nice.
Always warm and friendly interactions with anyone associated with them. I’ve never had difficulty getting an extra pick up scheduled (we’re once a month garbage pick up). Their app calendar is also a bonus.

Dumpster did not arrive on time. When I called in they accused me of not scheduling it. When I pointed out that my card had been charged on the day I ordered it, again no accountability or apology for their error. Then after I called to have it picked up, same experience. Sadly I am forced by the City to use their services or I would never again.
I needed to have an office chair removed, so I called them. After a very short wait, Christina helped me schedule the removal and gave me all the relevant information -- she was super helpful, friendly, and a clear communicator! Thanks Christina!
