Allison came out and explained everything she was doing and discussed the issue in great detail and was here for an hour doing a thorough inside and outside treatment for ants and general pest control

Kevin Johnson did an excellent job. He listened to my concerns, and did his best to take care of them. I really hope that he is able to come back for my follow-up inspection. He really seemed to care that my Crazy Ant infestation was eliminated.

My Rep, Jeannine Green, she was informative about the pending services to be performed and, she asked if I had any concerns or questions. I experienced confidence, I was enlightened. The artist whose name I had difficulty with is "BOBBY McFerrin."

I love my girl Misty that comes spray my home. She brings treats for all my dogs. Spends time asking if we have any issues and takes her time spraying our home and doesn’t rush through.

I found both of the men that came to my house to be very professional and efficient. Jesus was great then later Nelson came out on a Saturday to take care of what I perceived as an urgent problem ( which really wasn’t). Very much appreciated it. I recommend Arrow pest control highly

I have been using Arrow for over 3 years and have no pest problems in my house. She also gave my yard a mosquito treatment. Misty was professional, thorough, courteous/pleasant, and efficient. She wasn’t intrusive in any manner and was responsive to my questions. She represents Arrow well. Arrow also provides my termite service separately.

The lady who does my service every time is very thorough and professional. She always removes all my spider webs from around my pool without me having to ask. I am very pleased with the service I receive and have been with them for 8 years!

Allison was on time and very courteous. Professional and respectful… she even put on shoe covers to come inside. She explained what she was going to do and then did it. She advised on time frame to let my pets out and even brushed down some spiderwebs outside. That was beyond what I expected and appreciated! Thank you Allison!
