The Arrow customer service department is always helpful and responsive to calls/inquiries. The tech (Jesse) that serviced our home today was punctual, professional and did an excellent job.

Misty came on time and was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. She has great people skills, which is very rare in our society today and much appreciated. She did a very thorough job applying all of the products, both inside and out. Arrow pest control has done a wonderful job in hiring her. Great job, Misty!
