Joshua Vincent, the technician who, serviced our location on 9/23/2025 for the bi-monthly pest control, was very thorough in performing the treatment. He checked for bugs, spiders, and wiped down the outside of any spider webs and/or wasp nests. He was very professional in completing the services and asked if we had any questions.

Mr Lejeune did a great job spraying and wiping all the spider webs down! He was gone before I had a chance to thank him.

Andre Andrews did a good job treating the house on Saturday. So far the quarterly services have been effective.

Brandon C. Did a great job with addressing our concerns. He was very knowledgable, kind and wanted to help. We recently had spiders take over our back porch and went the extra mile to help us get rid of them, along with our normal maintenance for bugs. I have been using Arrow for over 3 years and have no pest problems in my house. She also gave my yard a mosquito treatment. Misty was professional, thorough, courteous/pleasant, and efficient. She wasn’t intrusive in any manner and was responsive to my questions. She represents Arrow well. Arrow also provides my termite service separately.

The lady who does my service every time is very thorough and professional. She always removes all my spider webs from around my pool without me having to ask. I am very pleased with the service I receive and have been with them for 8 years!
