I have been using Arrow for over 3 years and have no pest problems in my house. She also gave my yard a mosquito treatment. Misty was professional, thorough, courteous/pleasant, and efficient. She wasn’t intrusive in any manner and was responsive to my questions. She represents Arrow well. Arrow also provides my termite service separately.

The inside sales is not very responsive and product quality is poor. Theres no problem when scheduling a service but if you have an issue then then goodluck getting a call back in a decent amount of time. The techs have always been very nice.
