Mr Brandon Clark was a delight. He suited up and explored and exterminated termites and went into places underneath my home that I never would. He was very sociable and kind and patient to answer my many questions of how, why and what to do. A really nice gentleman.

He did good with the service but didnt tell me when he was done. And more importantly HE LEFT MY GATE WIDE OPEN AND MY DOG GOT OUT

Kris has been sent to my home on several occasions to address different pest issues. She’s always on time, professional and courteous. This is the service that makes me continue using Arrow.

This is the WORST company and they tried to force an appointment that we did not schedule. The representative hung up on me and was very rude. They also make it out like we HAVE to use them. But they are not even truly local to Shreveport so we will be going with a more local company that actually cares

They installed new termite bait traps around the perimeter of the house. They were very professional calling in advance to explain the new baiting system and the benefits over the old trenching and liquid chemical barrier method. The work was performed timely and professionally.

Misty was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the service I was given. She was very thorough and took her time with the service. She even removed the spider webs under the eves, something I’ve never had done before. If I had a question, she was able to answer. Would highly recommend Misty with arrow pest control. A++
