ARS Dumpsters of Hawthorn Woods - Local Roll off Dumpster

Debby was great...Very accommodating and easy to work with. I rented dumpsters on three separate occasions and each time they were on time with the delivery as well as the pick-up. Highly recommend.

Great family business. I've lived in Wauconda for 18 ytears and have rented a dumpster from ARS many times. Always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Great responses from Debbie and team. Always kept me informed on when the dumpster would show up and who would be coming with the dumpster. Easy form to work with

We have used ARS twice and both times have been great from ease of ordering, drop off/pickup. Will use again for sure the next time we have a project. Jason

It was a pleasure working with you guys.

Great company, great price. I went with them because all other dumpster rental companies charged extra for longer the 7 days and theirs was a flat rate for 21.

We had a great experience with ARS. The prices are beyond reasonable and they are very communicative and friendly. Thank you for helping us get rid of our junk! :)

ARS is awesome! Highly recommend this team in comparison to others out there… Very professional and responsive, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Amazing local family business! Professional, kind, and clear, I don’t think you’ll find a better value in the area!!!

With less than a 24 hr notice, ARS accommodated my next day need for a dumpster. Most impressive was wiithout being prompted or asked, the driver put down boards to protect the driveway. Good company to work with.

ARS Dumpster Rental was really great to work with and the best cost we could find in the NW Suburbs. Debby is super nice too.

We rented a dumpster from ARS in preparation for our move. Being married for 35 years means you've accumulated a lot of STUFF. We donated as much as charities would accept & recycled as much as possible, but we still needed a dumpster for the rest. ARS was very helpful! Their prices are reasonable & they actually DO… Read full review

Great service, quick response - all good!

Debby is very friendly and super helpful in getting the right dumpster for your job. ARS was very responsive and quick when we needed the dumpster emptied and returned so that we didn't loose any time cleaning out the house. We have used ARS a couple times over the years and highly recommend them!

Dealing with ARS is great from the phone call to just ask questions, to the actual dumpster dropped off and removed . It all went as planned and no problems . Very happy and will be calling again for phase 2 if our little project!!

We have used ARS for our dumpster 5 times this year, as we are completing major renovations of our home. I would not have expected a roll off company to WOW me as much as ARS has. Debby is so polite, professional, and helpful. Their roll off dumpsters always look clean and freshly painted. And.. they deliver on… Read full review

ARS Dumpster Rental is a great company to work with. I needed a dumpster to clean out my house. We had a tight space that we were working with to drop the dumpster in. They made it work for us. Dumpster was delivered when ARS said it would be and they picked it up the day after we called to have it picked up.… Read full review

Delivered on time, phone polite, picked up faster than I'd ever expect! Would highly recommend.

I did a 14-day 20 yard rental. Pricing was very competitive and transparent, customer service was great, delivery and removal were professional and damage-free. It felt good to support a family business and Debby was awesome!

I chose ARS dumpster rental because of their reviews and because they are a small business and I was not disappointed at all. They are now at the top of my Referral List. Coming from a family who owned their own small business it was refreshing to work with another small business with the same values and quality of services.

Dealt with Debby and ARS for multiple dumpsters. Extremely easy and friendly to work with. Highly recommend.

We rented a dumpster for general clean out. ARS delivered and picked up right on time. I was informed of what could and could not be disposed of and at what cost, no surprises. I highly recommend!

Everything from setting up an appointment date and a pickup date was handled very professionally by the cs representative. The driver and cs representative even went above and beyond in meeting the time frame I needed for picking up the container. I would use ARS again, if dumpster rental is needed.

Debbie is a pleasure to work with and the service was exactly as described the dumpster was delivered on time and set carefully in my driveway on wood blocking to protect my driveway and they picked it up exactly as scheduled I really couldn't ask for more and will definitely refer ARS to anyone looking and would be glad to work with them again, thanks!!

Overall great experience with ARS. Prompt response to request and questions. Fair price and considerate of property during drop off and removal. Highly recommended

Awesome service. Great folks to do business with.

Debby was friendly and easy to work with on the scheduling of the dumpster. The gentlemen dropping off the dumpster was very considerate and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

Prompt service. Good price. Excellent customer care with consideration given to my residential neighborhood location. I wasn't sure why Debby asked about my location but when she told me the reason was to schedule drop-off and pick-up at an appropriate time of day, i was really impressed. That says a lot about a… Read full review

Great service! I ordered a 30 yard dumpster, it was delivered on time and was picked up on time. Absolutely no issues. I recommend this service for all your dumpster needs.

Edit: 2021 We once again had a dumpster for spring cleanup and they did amazing again as a company. Debby was quick to respond and we ordered almost last minute but they were able to accommodate. 100% still on track to use them for any rentals in our future. I will definitely use this company again for any project… Read full review

Best place around.

Very professional and polite on the phone. On time with drop off and pick up

ARS Dumpster Rental was great! Delivery and pick up were right on time! Nice company to deal with! Would definitely use again.

This company was amazing and very professional. They even allowed for a few courtesy in case I needed more time. If you don’t use this company then your going about it all wrong.

ARS Dumpster made it easy to clean out our clutter.

My family had three days to clean out a house and ARS delivered! Communication was perfection; price was right. Delivered the dumpster as expected and clearly explained the rules. Grateful for such a simple process. Thank you ARS! Love that it's a small family owned business. Would recommend again.

Prompt service!! Use ARS instead of a big box place!!!

Debby with ARS was extremely helpful and responsive. I will definitely use their dumpsters again and will tell anyone in need to use ARS!

Debby was always quick to respond and very helpful. The drivers did a great job getting the dumpsters as far back on the property as possible. Even with it being a long narrow drive with high snow piles on each side. I would feel comfortable recommending this company.

Spoke with Debby. Very professional and was pleased with their service.
