Jaxon Bannister is awesome! He was so kind and respectful! Very knowledgeable and took care of us perfectly! We have never used Arthur heating and air. We got a flyer on our door for a tune up and called and scheduled it. We were so pleased with Jaxon, we signed up for the membership for the 2 times per year tune up. I am so grateful we contacted them!

Friendly, straightforward, pleasure to do business with. 8/28/26 - Jaxon was great: friendly, professional, and good with animals. I really appreciate him! Also worth noting: with the service subscription, I called this afternoon and had someone on site the same day. In this August heat I'm sure they're slammed, so…

Great service solid company. Jack does a fantastic job. 👍
The technician did a thorough review of my 21 year old AC unit. While it still runs well it is having a problem when the outside temperature is above 95F due to the loss of R22 Freon which is extremely difficult to source legally. Good smaller company that hires well qualified techs.
Thank you Jaxon for your cutstanding work and customer service.
Jack did a great job. Checked out the AC, cleaned condenser, changed filter, added some Freon after checking pressures. He also changed the thermostat ( I provided) at no extra charge.
Marcos and Branden are very professional and knowledgeable. Arthur’s always provides prompt and honest service.
