Arthur heating and air is a great company, with excellent technicians. Jaxon came out today to check on both units that we had installed in June and do a Heating tuneup. You had a great job, thoroughly explained everything that he did and was very professional. Can’t recommend Arthur and his team enough!

Jaxon Bannister is awesome! He was so kind and respectful! Very knowledgeable and took care of us perfectly! We have never used Arthur heating and air. We got a flyer on our door for a tune up and called and scheduled it. We were so pleased with Jaxon, we signed up for the membership for the 2 times per year tune up. I am so grateful we contacted them!

Prompt and very polite, knowledgeable. Serviced our A/C efficiently at a reasonable price and did a maintenance check on the other unit as well.

Jack diagnosed and confirmed the problem very quickly. He got the thermostat working like when originally installed and the unit working perfect. It was great service and communication.

The technician did a thorough review of my 21 year old AC unit. While it still runs well it is having a problem when the outside temperature is above 95F due to the loss of R22 Freon which is extremely difficult to source legally. Good smaller company that hires well qualified techs.

Jack did a great job. Checked out the AC, cleaned condenser, changed filter, added some Freon after checking pressures. He also changed the thermostat ( I provided) at no extra charge.

An excellent company with excellent technicians. Have been with them for years. They have both installed my HVAC system and dehumidifier and other elements and keep them all in good order. How great to have capability, honesty and integrity along with quick response when needed always available.

Overall experience with Arthur Heating & Air was great. They were prompt, arrived on time and on a Saturday. They fixed the initial problem, but the next day a separate part went out, they came back the following day to fix it. The part was under warranty and they honored the original service fee. Dependable, reliable, and earned my trust.
