Clint came out to our home for AC service. Didn't know who to call since it was a Sunday. Arthur was available though. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. 10/10 would recommend!

Our upstairs AC unit stopped working. And within 24 hours Brandon and Jaxon were at our home. They could have gouged us because we were desperate, but they gave us a super honest quote. They were in and out within an hour and our AC is running cold again. They were total gentlemen, as well. Highly recommend!

I had them back a few weeks later my air quit working they came out and found a dead lizard that had bitten into a wire. They said that was the problem. They were here 25 minutes from the beginning to finish and charged me 289.00. Dollars I thought it was very high. They said that was there normal charges for a service call.

Jack was very professional and explained the issues well including showing pictures of the issues involved with our HVAC system. With Jack’s help we decided to replace the entire system due to age of our current system. Thank you

Arthur Heating & Air is the BEST!!! My heat went out suddenly. I called and Brad and Jaxon were here within 4 hours . Repair was under warranty so no charges at all . Even when there are changes, they are fair and reasonable. I trust them and that is priceless to me.

Ac went out and call Arthur was to showup in less than an hour time. Highly recommend.

Update 1/2026: Heat was running with no heat. I called them on a Saturday and they were able to help me diagnose the issue over the phone.
