Jax was amazing. He arrived on time and did a great job with the evaluation, taking pictures and showing me everything on the unit itself, then explained all my options. This is a great company who did exactly what they promised to do. Pricing was well documented and fair. The crew who installed the new HVAC system,…

I replaced a 19 year old Lennox 5 ton single speed HVAC system with a new Lennox 5 ton EL18 variable speed HVAC system as well as a secondary return. Initially, I called Arthur because they were rated high on Google, they are local, and they had an efficient means to sign up for an appointment. The technician came…

Clint, Jack, Marcos and Miguel were phenomenal. From booking the call with Katlyn, to the final install, I couldn’t have asked for a more professional company. Honest, on-time and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I had three quotes already, but I sure am glad I got the fourth! David realized the other guys were telling me I had a 2.5 ton condenser when I actually had a 3 ton. David was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient answering all of my questions. They also made several changes that the other guys never…

Awesome service!!! We really appreciated the care and respect that Marcos and Erick displayed for our home as they installed our new heating and air system. The system is far superior to our old one. Arthur Heating & Air came to the rescue. First cold night we had no heat. Then Barry arrived and quickly assessed the issue. Our 40 year old unit needed to be replaced with a new, much more efficient unit. They were able to install the next day. Could not be happier with the whole experience.

Barry was direct, honest and presented several options to solve our issues. He made the absolute best out of one of a homeowners worst predicaments - broken HVAC Kyler was a joy to work with, he left us with a complete understanding of our new HVAC system and the confidence of knowing any issues that might arise in the future would be taken care of.
