Arthur Heating & Air

Jaxon was awesome. Arthur Air is extremely easy to schedule. They are always polite great communicators, and I trust them with my system.

Very knowledgeable staff easy to work with and do what they say they’re gonna do!!

That team was the best I have ever seen! Our HVAC went out on a Sunday night. They came out that night and gave us options. We chose to replace our HVAC system. The install team arrived at 8:00a on Monday and did a meticulous job and made sure everything was working superbly before departing that afternoon. Highly recommend Arthur Heating and Air!

My technician Jack was great. Explained everything well and clearly . Installation crew was very good and polite. Thanks Marcos!

They were on time and did i through inspection. I knew we need a major repair at least. They had a good quality name brand system to replace my old with an upgrade for a fair price. Installation team showed up on time the next morning. Did an excellent job without any problems. The tech doing the install forgot one… Read full review

There aren't enough great things I can say about this company. Our AC unit was 14 years old and finally gave out on us in the middle of the Texas heat, so we needed a replacement fast. They walked us through several repair options, but we ultimately decided to replace the whole system. Their crew showed up the very… Read full review

A+ work and top notch system. Instant turnaround on installation and superior performance! Thank you for your service!

My AC unit stopped working, so I called Arthur Heating and Air. Jaxon and Jack inspected the rooftop unit and clearly explained my repair and replacement options. Since the unit had already been worked on last year by another provider—and it appeared the work I paid for was never properly completed—I decided… Read full review

We have been remodeling a new House and the AC has been running way more than usual. We were at the property on a weekend and found that the AC was struggling so I called and left a message with the AI service. Mayne 10 minutes later I received a call from Clint (forgive me please if that is not the correct name) to… Read full review

Jack is incredibly responsive! I sent him a message late one evening to inquire about his services, and he replied almost immediately. He came out the very next day to take a look, and we were scheduled shortly after. The entire process was quick, easy, and professional.

Jax was amazing. He arrived on time and did a great job with the evaluation, taking pictures and showing me everything on the unit itself, then explained all my options. This is a great company who did exactly what they promised to do. Pricing was well documented and fair. The crew who installed the new HVAC system,… Read full review

I replaced a 19 year old Lennox 5 ton single speed HVAC system with a new Lennox 5 ton EL18 variable speed HVAC system as well as a secondary return. Initially, I called Arthur because they were rated high on Google, they are local, and they had an efficient means to sign up for an appointment. The technician came… Read full review

We had a problem with our heat pump. Jack from Arthur’s showed up and gave our system the most in depth inspection it had ever had. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Customer service is excellent. All workers are informed and can answer questions. They are thorough and quality control is enforced. Diagnosis was thorough with photos and videos. Excellent all the way. Highly recommend. I have a whole new system plus a new furnace on the other system. Lots of work.

Arthur Heating & Air is hands down THE BEST company I’ve ever worked with. My prior installation was a mess and they showed me the mess with pictures and there were bunches‼️ From the compressor unbalanced on a slab to duct work not up to code. No shareholders to make happy only the customer and you’ll even have the… Read full review

Clint, Jack, Marcos and Miguel were phenomenal. From booking the call with Katlyn, to the final install, I couldn’t have asked for a more professional company. Honest, on-time and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

David Wilson did amazing work and was very professional. We had milestone come out first and quoted us for several thousand dollars more than what David did for the same work. We obviously went with Arthur Heating & Air to have our downstairs AC unit replaced and have our upstairs one repaired. This is a family… Read full review

I had three quotes already, but I sure am glad I got the fourth! David realized the other guys were telling me I had a 2.5 ton condenser when I actually had a 3 ton. David was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient answering all of my questions. They also made several changes that the other guys never… Read full review

Gents from Arthur are top notch! They came through for our family if our time of need, when others could not. Please reach out to us if you need a referral!

I just could not be more impressed with the honesty and integrity of this company! Clint has gone above and beyond for us! They have replaced one of our systems and took care of a balancing issue in our ductwork that no other company has been able to solve in the 20 years we have been in our home.
