The technician did a great job on the dryer repair and worked hard to fix the dishwasher. Unfortunately due to the dishwasher being in a position that would not allow removing it for the repair that job could not be completed. Although, he tried Feverishly to repair it.

Great to do business with. Able to get an appointment quickly and problem was correctly identified. We did have a delay with getting the replacement part in which was frustrating but tracking information was shared with us after part was ordered so we were keep informed about the shipping delay.
