ASAP was fantastic to work with. We had an issue with our dryer and Matt was able to be at our house within hours and solve the problem within 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and saved us thousands on purchasing two mew appliances.

We had Matt fix our dryer, he was very professional and worked efficiently and quickly! He fixed everything in less than an hour. I was so relieved that he was able to fix it quickly. Be was great to work with!

Jason did exceptional work repairing my LG Dryer. He knew exactly what was wrong and took the machine apart. He had the parts that needed to be replaced and cleaned out the interior of the machine. I have a brand new machine for $350. I highly recommend ASAP appliance repair.

Jason was incredibly helpful in repairing my dryer that was not heating! Quick service, clear explanation of the problem and how to fix it, and very reasonable pricing.

They were quick and responsive but expensive. I paid almost $400 for a simple heating unit repair for my dryer. He had the part on hand and it took about half an hour to do so to me this seems very overpriced.

My technician was Gabriel and he definitely earned the 5/5 stars. He was quick, efficient and knew exactly what to look for to diagnose my problem. This is the second time I’ve worked with ASAP appliance repair and each time they have been excellent.

ASAP appliance sent Matt out and he was no nonsense! He trouble shot and found the issue with my dryer. He even dealt with my crazy frenchie quite well! He replaced the seal in my washing machine and I feel like I have 2 brand new units! I will be calling ASAP. Appliances for any of my appliance needs! ☺️

First of all, they answered when I called. Which was excellent in my book already. Got a technician out right away. Diagnosed What was wrong, I did have to wait a week for my part because it was an unusual repair. But they were here when they said and they got it done and I highly recommend them. They were professional and honest.

I had a great experience with ASAP and Matt as my tech. They scheduled repair for my dryer the same week as I called. When he realized the part needed to be ordered on a Friday, have an old less common one, they received them on Sunday and Matt was back first thing on Monday. Everything works great and will use them again.

They came out the same day I called with no hesitation great warranty and great customer service along with being very knowledgeable

The technician did a great job on the dryer repair and worked hard to fix the dishwasher. Unfortunately due to the dishwasher being in a position that would not allow removing it for the repair that job could not be completed. Although, he tried Feverishly to repair it.

The gentleman who answered the phone was very cheerful and got me on the schedule the sameday. Matt texted ahead and arrived very soon. He was patient about my dogs barking the whole time. Set up an appointment online Sunday afternoon, they showed up Monday morning and fixed the dryer quickly

The tech was great as was the response time. My repairs were completed and my dryer is operational again but the pricing left something to be desired. Within 48 hours of my call my dryer was repaired for under what I had anticipated. Dan showed up right on time and was done with in an hour (had to come home from work). Dan was great, got right to work, found the problem, had the parts, gave me pricing, ask for permission to procede, and got to work. Great job, well done.

Didn't magically fix the appliance, but was able to troubleshoot very quickly, and recommended replacing a part. He was very honest with the recommendation and timely in scheduling the repair. One of the best appliance repair services I have ever used. Highly recommend.
