Front desk customer service all the way and be on. Made me feel good I knew my truck was going to be took care of. It was making a sound thought it was a belt but they found the problem and fixed it. They were able to take my vehicle within a few minutes of my appointment time. By comparison the dealership has made appointments and then says it'll be 90min before they can look at your vehicle.

ASAP did excellent work on my van on many items but missed an item that I stressed needed doing when I brought it in. I particularly ask for the transmission fluid to be replaced and they missed it. I had to bring it back in and wait a couple of extra hours for this to be done!

I feel bad I forgot the guys name that took care of me but took my car in for a coolant flush and oil change and mentioned my check engine light he ran a small diagnostics and found the reason two days later followed up through text to see how the car was doing.

Safety precautions are in place. Work was done quickly and well. I approve.

I've used ASAP Automotive a couple of times now with my old gmc truck. Things haven't always gone smoothly, but they've always been honest and owned their work and always made things right in the end. I'll be going back next time.
