Very Professional, Honest Auto Service shop. Noah was very thorough and explained in details about the issues. No tricks. Thank you for your service.
Really satisfied with the service that I received from ASAP Automotive. Will definitely continue to utilize their services when needed.
I know when my car gets fixed it's done right!! Thank you ASAP Team
Got a 75000 mile check up.
Perfect service
Service is very fast and efficient. I have never have any problems using ASAP in the past years
First time in this shop and the price to me is a little pricier for a wiper washer repair. The prices for the two other jobs ( oil change and brake fluid flush) are on the high end. Meaning it is not really the best price I expected but I am fine with it. I might shop around again when the time comes to get my car fixed.
ASAP HasAlways taken care of All My Vehicles
Consistent Great customer service and auto service, I highly recommend ASAP Automotive for all your vehicle needs. Amazing work Gentleman, Cheers, and Thank you!
ASAP Automotive is definitely the place to go to get Automotive maintenance done. They are very pleasant and honest. I feel very confident in taking my car here for needed maintenance.
Great services and awesome people.
Excellent maintenance check up. Every thing was explained. All my questions were answered . I highly recommend .
After 16 years, my trust and enthusiasm for ASAP has not dimmed. Ron has been a trusted advisor and has never let me down. Over the years, I’ve gotten to know Noe, and more recently, Shaun. My recent visit was for my 2017 Ford Fusion, and they did great! Good advice on needed service, and no upselling like the…
I'm not a car person. My mother vetted ASAP. the communication was phenomenal. Explanation of what was needed and the fees very clear. Something the dealership quoted $1k = under $700! Noe and Juan and their AI phone lady Sophie all top notch
Great job as usual.
It was a quick service at a reasonable price. I did 50k maintenance on my car. The crew is competent and friendly
The team at ASAP is friendly, polite, and communicative — they follow up well and explain things clearly. That said, I’ve had two experiences that made me lose trust. Once they recommended replacing my wife’s car battery even though it was only a few months old. We skipped it, and a year later the same battery…
Worst place to bring your classic beware. I took my 62 impala there and my classic got beat up. I paid way too much for this kind of service. They offered to make it better but why would I go for a round 2 of terrible? Beware...
Service was outstanding. Ron communicated well and explained everything thoroughly.I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Extremely honest & friendly staff. I totally recommend ASAP! I had quite a bit of work done and I’m very happy with everything that was done. I completely trust Ron & his team.
Good follow up during repairs and afterwards to see how the vehicle is running.
Ron, Noe and The ASAP team are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Their friendly, efficient service gives me such ease of mind on both our commuter vehicles and especially our daughter’s old car. ASAP is our auto service choice for over 15 years and we’ve never been disappointed. Thanks guys. You’re awesome!

ASAP automotive is the best around! They are friendly, professional, fair and dang good at their job. I’ve taken my car there twice and each time I have had a great experience. Ron always texts to make sure I am happy with the work. Most importantly, I never feel like ASAP Automative is taking advantage of me. Thank you Ron and team!!
This is the first place I felt like they really cared about not just money but getting everything right. I highly recommend them for any job your car may need.
Very timely. Professional. And responsive.
Have been coming here for a couple years. They are polite and professional. Will squeeze you into a packed schedule if you say need a same day job done. Also, I don't feel that they are upcharging me so they won me over as a long term customer.
Service is always excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I trust ASAP Automotive with all my vehicles for years.
ASAP Automotive is great 👍 and has reliably repaired and maintained my Vanlife van multiple times. I love my van and they help me take care of it.

Fast and efficient service. My go to place for yearly checkups
Was so thankful to have found ASAP Automotive when my check engine light came on right before a long drive. They were able to fit my in on New Year's Eve when most mechanics in the area were closed. They were able to resolve the issues, change my oil and they also let me know that 2 of my tires were really bald…
Very professional, prompt and complete...very happy with results...would recommend to anyone...
Went to ASAP for the first time and was very happy with their customer service. They were very patient in explaining the recommendations for vehicle, their pros and cons.
They are very knowledgeable and experienced. Explained everything things upfront. What needs to be done and cost associated with the work. Definitely recommend and visit again.
Best shop around. Professional and quick turn around times.
Great customer service and super friendly staff! Fast and efficient!
Oil, filter change, tire rotation. Kept up to date on progress & done in timely process.
One of my cars tires was slashed over the weekend and my car was towed to ASAP. The next day was Sunday so they were closed. They contacted me first thing Monday morning to get started on repairs. Long story short, they kept my informed of all potential problems, costs and gave me options all along the way, even…
ASAP did excellent work on my van on many items but missed an item that I stressed needed doing when I brought it in. I particularly ask for the transmission fluid to be replaced and they missed it. I had to bring it back in and wait a couple of extra hours for this to be done!
One of the best automotive repair shops in Fremont. Noe Bustamante kept us up-to-date on the the timeline and cost of our repairs. Without hesitation, we will continue to return to ASAP Automotive and highly suggest you check them out.
Speedy service; great customer service.
Quick oil change and tire rotation . Price was reasonable . Quoted me for brake service. $150 more than the place down the street.. I would definitely return.
They are very professional people working there. At request they understand the emergency and try to help you. In my experience they are very affordable and their work took me back for more than 5 times. I will be going to ASAP Automotive, for all my oil changes. Thank you for your hospitality ASAP.
So nice to go to a business I can absolutely trust 110%. Had my oil changed and my tires rotated. Super quick. I enjoyed a coffee at Sujus and read my book. Got the call ALL DONE. So friendly always asking about my family. Makes me feel like family ❤️
I came to ASAP Automotive for the 1st time, needing the gasket cover replaced. Price was reasonable, so I ended up getting an oil change and my air and cabin filters replaced. I had such a great experience.. the customer service and communication was the best I have ever had with taking my car into a shop. I will definitely be back! Thank you!
The team has done a great job while at the same time being honest about what should be done and giving a clear explanation about the work required before starting the work. No unnecessary sales tactics.
Quick service. Clean shop. Friendly staff.
We always go to ASAP Auto because we trust them and their service. If trust and quality service is important to you this is the place.
I have used ASAP for over 20 years for my auto service and repair needs. The fact that I keep coming back, and refer others to them, indicates how satisfied I am with their work.
Great communication and timely service. It was our first time there based on others' review. We will go back to service our Honda Fit.

I made an appointment with Ron to get a wheel bearing replaced on my car. They got me in quickly and took care of the problem in short order. I also got the oil and some filters changed while I had the car in. Everything was done right & the car rolls very smoothly now.
I really like that I can schedule an appointment very fast. Quality and price are also very good.
Had a great experience at ASAP Automotive! The staff was super helpful and I appreciated the safety precautions put into place for COVID-19.
