I purchased a new lid/screen for my laptop. It was exactly as advertised. I installed it and it works perfectly. Saved me $400. My screen got broke and didn't work this screen actually had 2 cracks which they detailed in their ad. I can't see them at all as you can see by the video.

I have official documentation confirming that the package was not delivered to me. I contacted the seller multiple times through eBay, but they have completely ignored my messages. I also attempted to contact eBay support and have not received meaningful assistance. This situation has been extremely frustrating. From my experience, there has been a lack of communication and transparency throughout the process. I have made every effort to resolve this issue directly and fairly, but without cooperation from the seller, I feel left with no resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.
