I live in Southern California and I was (remotely) trying to help my father find a solution to what seemed to be a virus issue on his PC. He lives in Geauga County, OH. Best Buy (Geek Squad) could have been an option, but their home appointments were booked for 2 weeks. I'm glad I called PC Worx. Stacy arranged for home pickup and fixed everything overnight. If you live in the Chardon, OH area, you have a great resource for your IT and computer support challenges. Highly recommended!
